I had a wonderful experience dining here today. The auntie was really nice and came out of the booth to personally hand me my order. She was very accommodating and even offered if I wanted more rice with my meal. The chicken was very tender and the waiting time didn’t take too long because it wasn’t busy during the hour. It is located at the bottom stair well and I would definitely recommend it if you are craving fried chicken for an affordable price.
I’m quite shock to hear that some people had disappointing experiences, but I think it was unnecessary for the commenter who has the username ‘A’ to comment the “front staff dont speak the prodomenant language of the region then what are they going to do if I was going to order in person?!“ If it wasn’t clear enough already, the restaurant has Chinese characters in their name, so it’s pretty clear that you are dining at a Chinese restaurant and the staff is most likely going to speak Chinese. I understand that you are frustrated because your experience didn’t go as planned, but your comments towards this establishment were unnecessarily disrespectful and somewhat prejudice as it presumes everyone shiuld subscribe to the dominant language in Canada yet it isn’t that simple. The restaurant has a machine where you can personally order your meal without needing to interact with the staff to overcome the language barrier. I show up to get my order and show them my online order and the lady just waves me away and makes a gesture of 'no'; and now I'm stuck on hold with Uber eats for 30min who apparently cannot even find my order in their system with this company. So, somehow they have scammed me out of my money; even though I have a confirmation online but yet the order doesn't exist. So I don't know what this means but it's a red flag to stay away from here.

If you want to throw away money at food that does not arrive and get zero customer service then order here
