I never thought Iâd have to write a negative review, especially for Starbucks, but todayâs experience left me so upset that I feel compelled to share. Before my class, I decided to treat myself to a sweet drink to brighten my day, but instead, my entire day was ruined by the shockingly poor customer service from the two ladies working there.
Hereâs what happened: I ordered a Brown Sugar Cold Foam Cold Brew, but they gave me a cold brew with regular vanilla sweet cream foam instead. Knowing my order, I politely asked if they could add brown sugar syrup to correct it. Instead of calmly addressing my concern, the barista started screaming at me in front of everyone, blaming me for the mistake, and sarcastically yelling, âYOU WANT BROWN SUGAR IN YOUR COLD BREW?!â Her tone was loud, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary, making me feel humiliated as everyone in the store turned to stare.
I was shocked and deeply hurt by how audacious and rude she was. Why does she think itâs okay to treat a customer this way? Mistakes happen, but this level of disrespect is completely unacceptable.
With all the negative reviews this location already has, I donât understand why management hasnât addressed these ongoing issues. Is this really the standard Starbucks is okay with?
I expect more from Starbucks. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed...
