Overall this is a typical McDonald's. Quality of food is what you would expect. Service is what you typically expect too. Staff are typically always very friendly and I've never had an issue with any of the staff either.
My issue with this McDonald's and all of them in general is this...
They are pushed to meet unreasonable numbers for their drive-thru times. But why am I posting this review tonight? Glad you asked!
We ordered through the app. Went up and spoke to them and that all went smoothly. The lady who spoke to was very nice. We went past the first window like always since it's a mobile order. We arrived at the second window to get our food. They hand over our drinks quickly with straws and then turn around and close their window. Moments later the lady who gave us our drinks asks us to pull to the next window. And this is where the issue starts.... If you've been to a McDonald's...you understand. That dumb window a little further down so they can mark us as "finished" and get their times lower and push more customers through (thank you Corporate over-lords!). Most times this isn't an issue. But this particular night we ran into the exact reason why this is horrible for the customer and I feel REALLY bad for the guy who had to come up to our window and ask us this question...which should never have to be asked. He came to our window and was VERY nice about it and asked us... "Umm...no one knows what your order is and no one has sent anyone to this window...." I was shocked. I couldn't even speak. My wife next to me piped up and said "What do you mean?!" He asked us what our order was and he'll find it for us. We told him our order. He walked away and moments later someone showed up with our order. We checked it and it was correct and drove away.
This is what is wrong with McDonald's (and a lot of businesses) today. Having low numbers for service time-frames mean significantly more than their actual customers or their customers experience and satisfaction. Why do I say this? My wife worked at McDonald's when she was younger and that's how they were with her. I'm sure almost all McDonald's staff feel the same but if you say anything against it to management...you better find a new job.

.... asked for the $2 strawberry milkshake. I was told there is none and was given a list of things that are $2.
I told the guy I had been getting $2 milkshakes for my daughter all week there and other locations. He checked with his manager then said there is no $2 milkshake.
I mentioned that I don't want anything because it is right their on the menu. I took a picture and showed him. He said it must be a mistake because there is no $2 milkshake so he can't give it to me. The manager comes and looks at the picture and says yes the slushie is $2 not the milkshake. I zoom in the picture and show her again that is clearly a milkshake and even says strawberry milk shake.
The manager than says "yes our Sundays and snack size milk shake are $2" . So I ask "then what was the problem with me ordering a $2 milkshake you just said there was none and the other guy did as well". She says "oh it's just a small size snack size not a medium". I said "I never said anything about medium I wanted the $2 milkshake which I was denied".
She says ok do you want the milkshake so I said no. Because I was in line so long asking to order plus at the window. I'm sure the people behind me were getting annoyed. 10 minutes asking for a milkshake is a long time when you have a crying baby and an upset kid. I took my kids home to settle and used skip the dish to get Wendy's frostys.
Poor business, waste of time and terrible service. Which is what I usually get at this location. Love McDonald's treats but I'll drive to another location or skip from now on.

Read moreVery bad customer service through drive through.....i just order a orangepico triple triple....they just gave hot water and a tea bag for the 1st time....i came back when i noticed it is not my orangepico...also when i was taking the order i saw some mcdonals emoloyees looking at me in strange manner...i ignored them thought there must something......i came back 2nd time asked politely that please replace my orangepico...its wrong one....didnt asked anything else....again she gave me orange pico tea but this time with no sugar in it ......also she just didnt put the lid on the cup properly....when i got my orange pico...it got spilled on me while sitting in the car as lid was not tight....she saw that the tea got spilled on me....i said nothing again as i dont want to say anything to that girl........i left.....when i tasted the orange pico for the third time.....there was no sugar....i was so mad.......finally decided to take a U turn and go to the Mcdonals again.....i never said anything to that girl .....just went to the front desk ....asked about her name.....and asked them to give me a new orangepico....no fighting at all..... Her name is HAILEY......hate the way i got treated ...i paid for the food....i was respectful to the employes even to HAILEY....this is what i got ....have to return to mcdonals 3 times just because of her.....even then her attitude was bad...... Asked other workers about her name....i do remeber her face..... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED AT DRIVE THROUGH MADE...
