Over the past few years I've visited this Wendy's on a number of occasions. I only have one small complaint for which I've completed their survey over and over again, the results of which has been passed on to this stores various Managers which seem to change each time I speak with one of them. The last time (a few months ago) I received an email from the "Manager of the month", and I responded to him. However, to date, I haven't received ANY kind of response. Of course, every time I speak with one of these Managers, ALL promise that will "speak to the staff and ensure that this never happens again in the future." My simple complaint is: every time I decide to go to this place, I order the same thing. That being, a "Baconator" (just the burger, not the combo) and a large fries, which I always take home to eat. The problem is that I also have always order EXTRA lettuce and tomatoes. The Baconator does not come with lettuce and tomato so, that's why I always order EXTRA. When I went to school, EXTRA always meant "More than one" so, therefore I was telling them that I wanted more than one piece of both items. Apparently, then people who put their burgers together aren't educated enough to understand the concept as I NEVER have received what I have ordered. Either that or, there is some kind of shortage of lettuce and tomato in the world that I don't know about. When I was a Manager or Supervisor for more than 30 years in my jobs, when I asked someone to do or change something, I endured that it got done and, I never had anyone who minded doing what I asked. Apparently know days or at least at this Wendy's location, when the Manager speaks, NOBODY listens!! I've also tried asking to add DOUBLE lettuce and tomatoes, TWO times these items, I've even asked: "add lettuce and tomato and then, add it again". I don't think that my request could be any clearer but, either they don't understand or care enough to respect customers requests, are too busy yapping about other things with their co-workers or just simply don't care. If this is the case, they should be should be shown the door!! To me this behaviour is COMPLETELY disrespectful and, in this day and age of Social Media, these "Managers" should be told to toe the line or look for other employment!! Personally, I will NEVER darken Wendy's (at this location) again and, if you want to get what you expect in your order or receive ANY kind of respect and service, you might want to move on to one of their competitors,...

Many places say they are wheelchair accessible but...that seems to be open to interpretation, in my experience. At Wendy's on the north side , mom and I could easily park with wide spaces to get the ramp out of the van, the curbs were very low and smooth. The doors open in the proper direction with functioning buttons, we could scoot in and out with hobbling over door jams and awkward closed in too small spaces. The staff was super friendly (you can get some odd reactions and funny looks at times) They were personable and the girl on cash even brought the tray out to us so we could eat on the patio in the sun. quick friendly and accurate service backed by a team of employees who work really hard. That being said there are some who greatly miss the mark even openly yelling at other employees in front of cutomers or being unpleasant in general which in some cases will result in half frozen french fries or a burger with all the sauce between the package and the bun.
but those who do their part still make eating here an enjoyable experience. the dining room. is regularly cleaned and it shows as I've rarely encountered a dirty table and even the garbage is free of the usual stench and grime of food left behind from hours without cleaning.
The only real way the store could improve is if more of the management team was comprised of the people who still care about customers and catering to a good...
