Terrible experience and will never be back again. Aside from the missing drink, we also encountered rude lady cashier. We were about to pick-up our online order on the said time which is at 6:57pm (supposed to be curbside pick-up). Me and my husband waited for extra 5min but no one showed up. So, my husband went inside the restaurant to inquire regarding our order and the cashier treated him badly telling him in a not so nice way to just wait because they have a lot of orders.

We do understand that it's busy and WE ARE WILLING TO WAIT. We're just inquiring but the lady cashier did not even listen to him and acting like she doesn't want to hear anything. We ended up waiting for another 20min. after finding out that our order wasn't even ready for pick-up on the said time. Due to disappointment, we didn't even notice that they didn't give us our drink not until we got home. We could have just ordered directly from the restaurant if this is the case. I used to like this place, and the food is good, however your service has become terrible and I believe your priorities are in the wrong place. I walked in to your restaurant with a long line-up of people which is not the issue. I expected to wait a while for my food but not over 30 minutes. What really made me angry however, was the fact that your staff was prioritizing incoming delivery orders while you had a long line of people in front of you waiting in person to be served. I saw 6 different delivery people come in and have their orders ready for pickup in less than 2 minutes and all of this while I still waited for my food that took over half an hour. The people who come in to your restaurant shouldn’t have their priority taken away from them just because someone called in an order. I believe you are mismanaging the priority you are giving to your customers who show up in person. Skip-the-dishes should not mean skip the people in line. Your in-person customers deserve better. I’ve only ordered takeout from this place and both times, the food has spilled all over the place and ended up on my clothes. When I got Tom yum soup to go, the lid wasn’t sealed well and it filled up the bag and leaked out. I had to set it down and eat it by the side of the road so it wouldn’t spill more. Today I got a curry and it was way too watery and spilled out of the botto because it had the consistency of soup and the box has holes in the bottom. The paper bag was almost completely disintegrating as I was carrying it and the rice was all soaked through. The sauce got all over my pants and my bike handlebars. They also made it for here at first and I had to remind them it was to go, then I got a to-go bag with no chopsticks napkins or sauce.
