Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Gatineau

They usually mess up my order one way or another (I've tried this place for delivery about 5 times) and had an argument with a rude driver who was late and claimed he wasn't. If the pizza isn't messed up, the sides are cold and disappointing.

UPDATE: I just recently tried ordering from here again (against my better judgement, apparently). The driver had to be in my lobby by 9:15 or else my order was free. It was 9:14 and I got a call from customer service saying the driver was in my lobby and the "buzzer does not work". I assured him it did and to tell the driver to try again. While I was on the phone I was watching from my balcony and saw the driver then pull up and run out of the car into the lobby at 9:15. Once customer service was back on the line, I informed him that the driver actually LIED to him in order to assure my pizza would not be free. He then told me that the time was getting close to the time it would be free and laughed about it. That was completely unprofessional. The driver then came to the door and lied to my face about dialing the wrong buzzer when I know in fact he was not in the lobby. This is the second time I've had an issue with this store trying to sneak their way out of the 40 minute guarantee. Completely dishonest and reprehensible behaviour. I usually would order from Pizza Pizza to try to support Canadian business, but I simply will not...

I had stopped going to this specific location a few years ago because while eating my pizza I discovered (after I had chewed on it a little bit) the paper part surrounding a cigarette filter!! After contacting the companies' customer service and making a formal complaint with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (which didn't result in any findings on their part) I decided to give this location another chance today (but only ordered deep fried pickles and a dip since I'm not taking any chances with them) only to wait 25 minutes for them to finally prepare my order and while I was waiting I noticed one of the staff put a pepperoni pizza in the oven for 10-15 seconds only to turn around (probably realizing he made a mistake) take the pizza out of the oven, remove the pepperoni by hand (and put it back with the other pepperoni in the prep counter) to replace it with mushrooms... I truly hope the person who had ordered that pizza wasn't vegetarian! Never going back there ever again and would advise anyone thinking to go there to seek one of their other franchisee...

I have never left a review in my life; however this place is absolutely terrible.

Firstly, I ordered for delivery at 11:15am and it did not arrive until 12:15pm. Secondly, I ordered double potato wedge and received 1 box of fries and 1 box of sweet potato fries which were extremely soggy on top of not being what I ordered. Finally, the pizza’s themselves were not what I ordered:

Pepperoni, Feta, Hot Sauce Swirl: Saw maybe 4-5 tiny little pieces of Feta on the entire pizza. No hot sauce swirl. Asked for well done and it’s barely cooked.

Italian Sausage, Feta: there is no way that a large pizza is supposed to only get 7 pieces of Italian sausage; a few slices don’t even have any sausage whatsoever. Same issue with the Feta as the first pizza, there is only a few crumbs. Also, it is once again barely cooked when I asked for well done.

Never ordering from this location again. I'm not one to complain, but not a single thing about this order...
