Amazing food but disorganized business. I'm not from edmonton and the last time I was here I visited this bakery for the first time. The food is SO amazing, especially the chicken salami sandwich. I love that they use high quality, healthy ingredients and it's definitely reflected in the flavors! I had been looking forward to coming back to the bakery for the past 7 months when I'd be here for the holidays, but I was here for 2.5 weeks and wasnt able to get the sandwich :( First the Cafe was closed for extended (not regular holiday closures) periods over Christmas and then new years (which werent listed on google so I didnt find out until I had driven out there) and the one time I did come in they didn't have the salami (the best part!) in stock. Then next time I called they didn't have the sandwiches, then I called again a few days later and still missing ingredients until after my trip would be over.
I just think it's really unprofessional to not be able to serve customers the one savory thing on the menu for 2.5 weeks. Super disappointing -- I can't help but think that with a little forethought and planning, situations like this could be avoided. I love this place so much but I've definitely lost respect for them due to this experience. So just a word to the wise for other customers - don't get your hopes up that you'll get the items you're...
Read morePre ordered a Father’s Day cake & goodies from here, never tried it before. I discussed what I wanted with an employee who confirmed it would look as beautiful as their Instagram cakes... My husband is the one that picked it up and once he brought it home I was shocked how ugly it was. They also gave different flavours of cupcakes, rather than ones I actually pre-ordered. They obviously gave them to customers from earlier that day, yet they told me my order would not be ready until after 1pm. I’m dissatisfied with my experience here. For the cost and the way they market themselves as having beautiful cakes, and making the order fit the needs of the customer, I’m really surprised what we ended up with. We ordered quite a bit of product & I expected them to appreciate that, and provide great customer service along with honouring the products I pre ordered. Not sure why they didn’t make my cake similar quality/ look to those on their Instagram page. Everything ended up tasting good in all honesty which I was pleased with, but I ended up re-decorating my cake. Wish I would have loved our experience as we really support local business and think it’s very important. That being said, you have to provide quality & customer service for repeat customers which we would have been as there are many people in our extended family with...

If you are celiac or have gluten issues and you’re looking for foods you can eat. EAT THEIR AMAZING PRODUCTS. So I’m neither but I have friends who are and I won’t avoid these food. They have healthy sweets like muffin, bars, cup cakes and a whole range of frozen foods. Are you struggling to find good choices. Plus if I heard correctly they use no refined sugar. Which helps a diabetic. This is the place. I had a chocolate cherry bomb cupcake yesterday and it was amazing as was the chocolate raspberry sandwich and the loaf of sesame bread which is healthy and exactly what I as a diabetic needs. It has seeds and is made with millet. It was delicious , also it freezes well. Food in the Nud is smslll and you might miss it if you didn’t know it was there but it has great neighbours so you cannot miss it, it’s right between them. I’d say this might offer a healthier option than a donut or French pastries. The staff are friendly and helpful. So the end of the review is try this. It will give people who suffer from gluten intolerance and are celiacs. Try...
