The lady who handles orders is consistently rude and unprofessional. I used to enjoy coming to this location but I won’t be returning, nor do I recommend anyone who values being treated with common decency do so. The lady at the front has an incredibly rude tone when speaking with customers for no reason whatsoever, this has happened at each of my last 5 visits. The experience feels as though I’m bothering her by trying to order. Avoid this location if possible, purely because of this employee’s behaviour (which is reoccurring). Amazing staff, always smiling and kind. They work quickly and deal with unkind customers well. While waiting for my falafel bites, a student ordered the fries and a wrap and they got mad since they did not read the menu that it came with fries. I suppose they wanted rice. The staff went above and beyond and offered to exchange the fries for rice, even if it was the customers mistake.

The prices are high for the portion size, but that is not the employees fault. That is the fault of Dorrie Karras (CEO) of OPA and the franchise as a whole.

Great food, great...

I don’t think it’s a good idea to clean the kitchen, washing items with soap and removing dirty water etc. right next to where food is being prepared, especially in a small space. This happened to me today. I do APPRECIATE that you accepted my order and I understand it was probably close to closing time. However, I lost my appetite seeing all the cleaning happening so close to where my food was being made. I would honestly prefer if you let me know you’re closing and won’t be able to take orders, rather than preparing food while doing a full clean-up...
