Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Greater Strathcona

I ordered a small Hawaiian feast with 4 extra toppings and 10 pieces wings. When I checked out, the price is almost $40. Before I paid, I asked for an item receipt to show the price for every item. The cashier (the aged man) told that I can get my receipt after I paid. Ok it’s fine, then I paid. When I went through my receipt, I found he ordered an large pizza for me. That is the reason why the amount is almost $40. The cashier was cooking my pizza, but he did not hear my complaint. Ok it’s fine, everyone will make mistake. Another employee went back from outside, I complaint again, he did not say anything even sorry, then went back to the kitchen. Its fine, I was accepting that I paid a large one and I got a large one. At home when I ate my pizza, do you guys believe that a Hawaiian feast has no pineapple on it instead of chopped chicken？And I am not sure if it comes with mushroom , there is mushroom on it. I ordered bacon as topping on my pizza, it disappeared. And it comes with ham for sure, it also disappeared. Very bad bad bad experience here. Please train your employee well and correct attitude before work. Never go back...

Hello Everyone, If Anyone ordering from this Please make sure if you are living in Apartment Building and if you order for delivery you should be at the door when driver come to deliver. I am living at 9901 104 st south view tower.I was going out from the building and i saw Pizza 73 driver and i Never hold the door open for him .Please tell me if I should leave the Main door open open for stranger???????????? The driver told me WHY YOU DON'T HOLD THE DOOR FOR ME ,,, YOU STUPID ... The owner is so rude. We ordered a pizza and they made it incorrect. We were having a party at our house and so I called pizza 73 regarding the mistake. They fixed it and told us to go pick it up from the store in 20 mins.

15 mins later I get a call from this pizza 73 while we were on our way and he began asking me to pick it up and in a VERY RUDE manner the owner began shouting “make sure you bring the old pizza back or else you aren’t getting a new one”.

When we went to go pick up the pizza he was shouting at his own employees when they simply asked him a question about confirming the toppings for the new pizza. Not a professional owner. Too much attitude. If he cannot treat his employees right then how will he treat his customers right.

My dad also owns a pizza store and this is not the way we treat customers. Super...
