Their scan and print out machine are broken which made their service and orders mixed up. I ordered a black tea with OAT MILK and LESS ICE and they gave us the 2% milk. We ordered two drinks and they convinced us that one of the drinks is oat milk. I tried those two drinks and can confirm that it's still the 2% milk. They redid the drink right away but they added TOO MUCH ICE when we just requested for less ice. This store is not good at all especially with people who has an allergy. Let me start by saying...I’m disappointed! I ordered grande bold coffee and the staff replied...”I’m sorry what”. So I said it again and then annoyingly told me that it’s not available cuz they don’t have hot water. Like seriously guys, your basic commodity is coffee and you don’t have it, might as well close. Another thing, this location also doesn’t recognize starbucks rewards but they do however accepts starbucks mobile payment where my rewards sits in and just waiting to be redeemed. Ordered an iced chai with oat milk, they gave me dairy and I went into anaphylaxis and spent my day in the hospital hooked up to an IV. Went here again with my friend. She asked for oat milk, they made it with dairy, she asked them to make it again, they made it with dairy AGAIN.
