Terrible worker's including the manager! Absolutely garbage attitude and no compassion for people who are homeless. My family had tried buying a homeless person a meal and they refused service. Not everyone is heartless. I see the homeless as human beings. Everyone has to eat to live and it breaks my heart how cold hearted the staff are towards paying customers who want to help someone down on their luck in life. One of these days God will question why they denied me feeding one of his people and they will have to answer to that. We dined in and it will be our last time ever visiting this place. I get it, not everyone wants to be around people like that but to refuse me to buy some food. It's not like I pan handled for my money to buy this person a meal. I work and go to school. My family was disgusted by their heartless behavior.... what's going to happen when they're on the other end? God works in mysterious ways and will most likely show them a lesson for being so heartless to OTHER...

I literally got to the restaurant 5 minutes after I made my order on skip, waited, then 3 customers got served before I did before anyone at the counter asked/gave me my skip order. and when I got it, these girls didnt even check to look at the receipt to see if i got everything in my order cuz I was missing my drink, and again i had to wait even longer for them to get back to me so i could ask for my drink. It was not even busy when I got there. I might as well order in person if theyre not gonna bother checking for online order pickups. theres usually a guy thats pretty good with online order pickups, but today he wasn't there.
Like i understand minimum wage isnt very motivating to work with, but they really put the minimum in minimum wage, we need to start paying these workers more to get some more steam out of them, this...
Read moreSecurity guards keep getting me mistaken for some other person that was supposedly banned but then ended up giving me some ridiculous story as to how it was some other ex-employee fault after insisting he give me information as to when I was supposedly banned (never happened). This is now the 2nd time I'm being approached about this supposed ban. Your security are like waaay over the top and need to stop harassing people who aren't doing anything wrong. Seems to be because they see me and assume I'm homeless. I am but that doesn't mean I'm not here for any reason other than to SPEND MY MONEY because DUH.
