Now here it is.
Not the best burger ever. I've had many and this wasn't my favorite although is was considered ok. For 30$, we got 2 little bacon cheese burgers, 1 reg fry and 2 pop. A little pricy?
The cook squats the burger down which removes all the juices from the meat and on top of it he keeps cutting into it to see if it's cooked. The bun was cold but the condiments are free... the fries are cooked in peanut oil which should be mention by the cashier or better advertised then a board way back where they're cooking... ( some people are allergic to nuts and don't know or notice this until after they paid). Floors were quite dirty with food and feel greasy. This will not be a second stop. Franchise really needs to look at improving things here. If you seen one place, probably the same at other five guys.
Now, Lorraines restaurant in Sturgeon falls makes a better burger that has 5oz of meat with all the toppings on a fresh bun. The bun was big and the burger overlapped it... Fries fresh cut. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 fry, 1 chicken burger, 1 pop. All this for 32$ tax in. Fantastic food and...
Read moreBy far the best location for five guys in lower part of Ontario. I'm origionally from GTA area and this place has all of our locations beat. We ordered through skip the dishes to have it delivered to our hotel. There wasn't any way to put through the app that we wanted some condiments on the side but when we called they were able to add it to our order from their end. Honeslty we were very surprised how generous they were. We asked for extra mushrooms, lettuce and tomato on the side and wow they delivered. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely order again. It would be nice to have that option added to skip the dishes app because we also have food allergies so we would have preferred to have it emphasized on the app as well. Despite this though the resturnat was very accommodating and ensured our food didn't come into contact with our...

If you're looking for healthy, this isn't the place. A large fry has over 500cal. A bacon cheeseburger has over 1000cal. Food is expensive in comparison to other major burger chains. No combos exist. Have to buy everything separate. Pop has free refills though. This is not a place for kids.
I ordered a Bacon cheese burger with onions, lettuce, and tomato. A small fry, and a small pop. The burger that I received was ok overall. The cheese was very overflavored. Could hardly taste the tomato and onions. Fries were ok. Very greasy, with uneven salt. Some Fries were too salty to eat, while others were salt free. Had a slight nutty aftertaste. Probably from the peanut oil that they use in the fryers.
Overall, 2*. Ok food, but overpriced for...
