I don't like to use the word hate because that is a strong word but it's the only option for 1 star. I feel as though they should change it to " I'm very dissatisfied, or will never go back again" . and number 5 should say something like this "I'm super satisfied enjoyed my stay would recommend" Etc. anyways.. I feel very dissatisfied and disappointed with this McDonald's on Regent street in Sudbury. It was 6ish when we ordered and it took a very long time which is understandable because they were busy doing supper rush. The place looked fully staff but you could tell only 2 or 3 people knew what they were doing out of all the employees. Some things that bothered me : Most of the employees are kids, joking around, not taking things serious... Especially when people were getting very upset because their food would take 1/2 hour to get there and it's their order was wrong. And they're already so upset because they had to wait half and hour, so they didn't want to wait any longer. Some didn't wash their hands after handling money. Some didnt have a hair net on. There was an African American women who looked like a manager/supervisor and she wasn't wearing one. Staff were messing up and she was giving the staff all kinds of attitude. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and I subed the onions and sure enough I didn't get The burger tasted like cardboard, was cold which didn't help and I didn't want them to make it right because I didn't want to wait another 1/2 for my burger that should have been made right the first time. I get that everyone makes mistakes but it was mistake after ( employees. An East Indian man took My friend Ashley order a gravy on the side but got told they don't sell gravy. from east Indian man. He kept arguing with her even though she had told him she ordered gravy the day before and you can do it,he still argued with her until the African American women walked over and punched it in the pc. . You don't argue with the customer like that. And you apologize. We never got an apology and no one else did either. I don't think we will be going back for a while...I wouldn't either...

The employees do their job, and they don't go to work saying "i'm going to do a bad job today" no because if they do well they go home feeling confident for that day. All of you don't remember being a teenager or being an adult trying to master something? When there's 20 people ordering on counter and 35 people in cars waiting on drive thru, all coming at the same time, the employees might miss something. Its mistakes that all people can go through. I am an employee at mcdonald's and i promise you that here we want to be successful. I go out of my way to make you smile, we even make sure our regulars (and non regulars) have their coffee right away to keep this business, a good business. For the staff who mess up your food, you have to also think they are making all of everybody's request and to stand there for hours constantly making your food, there will possibly be a screw up, it's human. when complaining, please consider everything around you. If it's me that screws up your order, i either go to my manger and see what i can do for you or i fix it on my own and i promise you i want to see that smile when everything is corrected for you. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because some costumers harass other people in the store or our employees and that's not right at all, This place is where many family's come to dine and shouldn't ever feel...
Read moreUsed kiosk to order breakfast, chose table service and entered our table number. No receipt printed from the kiosk therefore no order number, had to go to counter to get order number. A few minutes later an employee yells out our order number, I yell back it's table service, he yells back that table service is not working!!??!! I get up and go get our meal from the counter and advise that the kiosk shouldn't offer table service if it's not working. I get back to our table and there's a print out with our table number on it on our tray!!! I go back to the counter with the print out and ask why the meal couldn't be brought to our table. The answer...because table service is not working on their screen behind the counter!?!? I say again to the supervisor, if you have the printed ticket with the table number on my tray, why can't the food be brought to the table? Same answer! Unbelievably bad service, especially when the table number is readily available on the tray! You don't get THIS printout with the table number unless table service is requested!! And to boot, we were given a black coffee when cream and sugar were requested. Brutal...
