I knew this order was in trouble when the bag was sealed with staples. So here we go…… Butter Naan. Was hot and fresh but was dry and lacked butter. Was the best part of the meal. Veg Samosa. Should be called mini pre chewed Samosa. Taste was OK but all 3 of these would equal one normal one at a Brampton restaurant. Chicken Vindaloo. More potatoes than chicken. The flavour of the sauce was pretty good but the chicken was nasty dry and chewy. Royal Butter Chicken. Nothing Royal about this dish. Went right in the garbage. Had better butter chicken from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Rice. How do you mess up plain rice. Well, they did. Undercooked. With delivery charge and tip this order was over $70. Not sure how there are 3 locations. Maybe the food used to be good?

I went to this restaurant recently and ordered veg manchurian, chicken curry, rice, and Dal tadka. Sadly, the food didn't meet my expectations. The flavors of each dish seemed quite similar, especially the gravies for the chicken and dal. To add to the disappointment, the onion pakora I tried was burned and not well made. The good thing is that the restaurant lets you exchange dishes or have them remade if you're not happy. I was looking forward to the veg manchurian since it was listed as Indian-style, but it turned out to be a letdown. It was really sweet, almost like tamarind sauce, which was unexpected. Considering all these factors, I don't think the price is justified, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're craving authentic Indian food.

*Won't Be Returning* We ordered from this place on Thursday night and were extremely disappointed. - **Veg Noodles**: This dish didn’t resemble noodles at all. Instead of the expected flavor and texture, it tasted like an Indian sabji with chunks of Paneer thrown in. It completely lacked the authentic noodle taste. - **Manchurian**: The sauce tasted like nothing more than a mix of ketchup and soy sauce. There was no depth, no flavor – just a bland, disappointing mix. - **Paneer Butter Masala**: This was perhaps the worst of the night. The gravy was just a basic butter sauce, and the Paneer taste was uncooked, with no texture or flavor at all. Overall, this was a flavorless, poorly executed meal. We won't be eating here again.

I will never order from this restaurant again. I’m writing to warn people about the lack of respect and professionalism they have regarding food allergies. This restaurant put my life on the line and because of them providing false information regarding their food, I ended up in hospital not being able to breathe! Tonight, my stepmother placed an online order at their restaurant, which included several dishes such as various curries, rice, and samosas for our dinner. Given my severe peanut and nut allergy, which can cause severe reactions like welts, throat closure, and breathing difficulties, she took the precaution of calling ahead to confirm that their butter chicken contained neither peanuts nor nuts. On the call, she spoke with a staff member who, without hesitation or consulting the kitchen, assured her that there were no peanuts or nuts in the butter chicken. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false information. When eating the butter chicken, I immediately experienced an allergic reaction due to the presence of cashews, which is not peanuts, but still a nut I’m allergic to. This reaction necessitated the use of Benadryl, my EpiPen, and a rushed trip to the hospital. When I contacted the restaurant to report this incident, I was met with an alarming lack of empathy. Instead of acknowledging the severity of the situation, the response was dismissive, attributing blame to my stepmother and merely suggesting that they “will try to do better next time". There was no apology or offer of compensation, which I find deeply disturbing and unprofessional. If this caused a casualty, to have a reaction such as “we will try to do better next time”, is extremely heartless. This experience has not only shaken my trust in their restaurant and staff, but has also put my life at risk due to the miscommunication and negligence they displayed. If you have allergies please...

I recently visited the restaurant with three of my friends and had a mixed experience. We ordered Paneer Pakora and Noodles as appetizers, followed by Paneer Lababdaar, Mix Vegetable Masala, and Garlic Naan for the main course. The food was absolutely delicious.

However, the service was disappointing. When we placed our order, there were only two female servers attending to customers. We requested a water jug, as we were initially given only four glasses of water. Despite our request, the server got busy assisting another customer at the sweet section and never brought the water jug. They made us wait for 15-17 minutes as no body showed up or even looked towards us to provide service and at last we have to wave at them to gather our attention to which other server showed up and when mentioning to her about earlier server, whose response was highly unprofessional. Instead of promptly addressing our request, she remarked, “You didn’t ask me to bring the water; you asked the other server.” Such a response was unnecessary and unprofessional, as providing water is a basic expectation of good service.

The lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff significantly impacted our overall experience. Better service and coordination among staff members would have made this visit much...

This was the worst food I have tried ever. The spices were so artificial and all of the dishes tasted alike. We ordered chicken malai tikka which was full pieces of chicken and not at all malai tikkas, they tadted more like boiled chicken pieces. I have always tasted malai tikka as the name suggest very creamy and soft which melts in the mouth but these were hard cooked boiled chicken pieces. Secondly, the gravy we ordered was lamb rosh. Please don't tell me rosh gravy is a red tomato gravy. If you know its always white slow cooked overnight. My God!!! And my husband told me that he ordered some chicken dish last time and they served the same paste. It means they are serving same pastes with different names. Thirdly, there is a difference between naan and tandoori roti. Butter naan had no butter on them and were mere rotis. Terrible taste. Service was quick, food came in quite soon and we know why! Staff was efficient and on toes. Location is pathetic as compared to the food rate. Never ever going there again. I would suggest the owner to to justice to the dishes, try them first from the authentic source and then Introduce something similar. Honestly, this was most pathetic food I have ever tried. Oh yes the tea at the...
