I work next door and eat at this Subway a few times a week. The service is always excellent, and the food is consistently fresh. Today, I had a special request—my daughter has a presentation for her business class, similar to a Shark Tank pitch, and she chose Subway as her business to promote. We needed some Subway swag, so I came over and spoke with the manager. They kindly reached out to the owner, and shortly after, I received a call saying to come over—they had some items for my daughter.

Read moreThe only subway in the city I won’t give my business to. I ate subs here for years. On Monday, I got a sub with bread so stale I would have trouble breaking it with a hammer. I called to politely ask for a refund, but nobody answers the phone. I drove in, and asked for a refund and was told to call some phone number at a specific time the next day. I called, and they offered a half sub - no refund (I threw away a full 12 inch sub). I asked why I couldn’t have a refund and Jass hung up on me.
