Booster Juice — Restaurant in Halifax

I went in today (08/22/23) around 12:30pm and there was no other customers in the store when I arrived. After about 2-3 minutes, there was a huge line that formed behind me and only one girl working by herself (I wish I had gotten her name). She was working on making my smoothy bowl while quickly and efficiently working on three other smoothies that were ordered after mine. Once she made mine, something happened (I think she may have spilled it) and sincerely apologized and told me another one would be coming right up. I thought she was very good at communicating and worked very efficiently for how under pressure anyone would be with the line she had today! I actually watched three other people walk in and walk out because they saw how huge the line was. She did excellent, was so sweet and the smoothie bowl was the best one...

Absolutely horrible service. Inconsistent hours. Have gone at times when clearly they should be open, closed. Every time I call to check, no answer... Ever. Went in 20 minutes before they closed, refused to make anything that required the juicer because they "shut it down for the night". We frequently stop here but 30 July 2025, on Wednesday, the server was unbelievably rude - didn't wait to hear full order, lots of bad attitude when confirming ingredients, the list was long for what was a 5 minute interaction.

There wasn't even a lineup.

Not sure if you should pay her more or less but you need to figure out your staffing and training.
