This has to be one of the worst locations to get food from and I am proud to say that this was the straw or no straw that broke the camel's back and has made me realize that I no longer want to give my money to this company ever ever again
Tonight I placed an order for me and a couple of friends I ordered a double cheeseburger extra value meal I ordered a sweet chili Junior chicken extra value meal and then I got a 10 piece chicken nuggets Plus a new s'mores McFlurry
I asked for no lettuce extra chili sauce and extra mayo plus an extra Junior chicken patty in my junior chicken extra value meal I asked for two extra packets on top of the two that came with the 10 piece chicken nuggets that I paid for and I asked for no onions or pickles on the double cheeseburger extra value meal
I asked for extra s'mores toppings in my McFlurry
The order comes and not only did they give me a Junior Chicken meal with only one patty no chili sauce and absolutely zero Mayo to which I asked for two times the amount of on my order they also gave me two plain McFlurries with no topping instead of one with double the toppings I got no honey with my chicken nuggets at all not even the two that come with the chicken nuggets in the first place and my double cheeseburger was so dry you could tell it was just sitting there for quite some time and it also had onions and pickles on it so they didn't make that one to order it was clearly one that they had made and left sitting there under the heat lamp
On top of that I got no spoons or straws with my order which I find really ironic because there is no spot in the delivery app whether you are ordering from skip the dishes or Uber Eats or doordash where you can select to have straws and Spoon sent on every order it just automatically says not to send them
So I contacted McDonald's through Facebook inquiring about how I'm able to get straws and spoons if there's no spot for me to select to send straws and spoons and they refuse to answer me.
Am I supposed to call the restaurant and let them know that I want straws and spoons? Am I supposed to somehow call the driver that oftentimes I can't connect with until they're already delivering my order to make sure that they check the bag for straws and spoons and ask for straws and spoons?
This happened so much not just the utensils but the impressive amount of screw ups on every order that I had to get so many refunds on skip the dishes that they ended up Banning me from getting refunds because of your restaurant.
The person monitoring your Facebook account assured me that feedback would be sent with the restaurant however at this point I'm done it is come to my conclusion that I'm not going to keep beating a dead horse because obviously the requirement for working at the Lacewood McDonald's is to have absolutely zero common sense like a doorstop in the middle of a forest accompanied by the worst lobotomy ever performed by an amateur.
It is not that hard to read an order receipt you have to be pretty slow in the head to screw up three lines of information.
The fact that the majority of the people working at this restaurant are potentially going to school to be something else worries me beyond belief because if you can't even get a chicken sandwich order correct I weep for the future of humanity.
The only thing that ended up being correct in this order is the one thing done by a machine in that facility which was dispensing the diet coke.
Perhaps the problem with your dropping sales McDonald's isn't the fact that things are going up and people are having financial and food insecurity issues perhaps it's also because you've chosen to hire incompetency
There are much better places out there and other restaurants to give my money too. I sincerely hope someday that your ego as a franchise owner for a company that it really doesn't matter whether One customer disappears eventually catches...

I have attempted to call the store when I've had issues however the staff either doesn't answer the phone or if you do reach someone they make it abundantly clear they really don't care that you've had a bad experience at their store. When mistakes are made on my order and I have gone up to the counter to have the error fixed I am almost always met with an attitude that says, why don't you just eat it as it is, and eye rolls, and this is from their management. That's only after I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to actually come speak with me. Most just stand there talking and ignore customers at the front counter. I honestly wonder if they are trained to do this so customers use the kiosks to avoid dealing with their staff. It has become abundantly clear that the staff/management do not care about the customers experience. Last week I went through the drive thru and purchased a meal for me and my child on my way to take her to a group she goes to. My order was a Mccrispy no lettuce and my fries were to be no salt. When I dropped my daughter off and finally had a chance to eat my meal I found my fries indeed were salted (definitely not a first) and my sandwich had lettuce on it. The following week on another busy night I went through the drive thru again Tuesday evening (you would think I'd learn) and where parked. They never brought us our drinks and while I yelled to get the workers attention I was ignored. So I went through the drive thru again to get our drinks. It wasn't until after going through again that I discovered my sandwich again had lettuce on it and there was no McChicken sauce in the bag (which I requested at the speaker). So again I went through the drive thru to have my order fixed. Both a manager and a staff member were at the window, neither apologized for the error, for me having to go through the drive thru twice. The manager in fact was more concerned with getting me out of the drive thru than the issue at hand and didn't even speak to me. I had asked for my receipt but instead received the promo receipt for the burger they made wrong. At that point I gave up. Read moreI AM SO UPSET. This mcdonald’s is absolutely unprofessional, slow and rude. I start by going up to order in the drive through and i wait, all I hear is silence, so i wait a bit longer say hello and more silence so i decide to pull up to the other drive through like because i heard that someone was getting their order taken there. once i pull up to the other drive through, i can hear that the person behind me is now getting their order taken from the drive through i was just at. which made me quite upset. i get my order taken and all i order is a small diet coke and ONE chicken mcmuffin. i pay and go to the second window to get my food, they hand me my diet coke and then say that the ONE chicken mcmuffin will take a bit longer to prepare. so i drive to the wait spot where they bring your food out and go on my phone at 9:55. im on my phone for another 10 minutes, when i finally realize that i still haven’t gotten my ONE chicken mcmuffin. so i let it be and wait another 5 minutes just incase they would come out soon. but after those 5 minuets of nothing, i finally go in and see a bunch of staff running around doing completely nothing. how are you going to hire staff to run around like chickens with no head. after the person infront of me orders i ask the nice, kind young lady at the front to see if my ONE CHICKEN MCMUFFIN is ready, she immediately goes and looks for it, and what do you know. it was right on the counter. she profusely apologized and i finally got my ONE chicken mcmuffin after waiting 20 minutes. i just want to end this with who is hiring these people to run around stressed acting like they’re doing the most when they’re actually doing nothing. the only person who was nice was the lady at the front cash. hire better people because they clearly don’t know whay...
