Came in and asked for a 12-in sub. When the sub came out of the oven it was only a 6 in I repeated that I'm pretty sure I ordered a 12-in she then made it clear that I ordered a 6 in. I said well maybe you heard 6 in but I asked for a 12-in. Is there any way we can do that? I said maybe we both made a mistake and continue to argue to say no. It's not a mistake. And it's not allowed. I then asked for napkins and she told me they were all out yet in the dining area there was a big dispenser of them. Another woman ordered a coffee and was given a fountain drink cup and when she tried to get the coffee which there was no filter, it came out all coffee and grains, she didn't argued with her about her order too. Saying repeatedly no you asked for a fountain drink, not coffee. She's having a bad day or not suck it up and say I'm sorry and don't repeatedly argue, especially with the second customer in a row who you may have mistaken the order for whatever reason. Maybe you're having a bad day. Maybe something else is going on. Accept that and move forward. Don't argue repeatedly. To top it off her husband started to send me messages on every aspect of my social media begging me to remove her photo which I've done today to stop the harassing emails asking me to take down the picture of her that I took and posted to identify her to her manager so that she can be instructed on how to roll with the punches in a situation, especially when arguing with a customer and they takes two steps back to say hey. Could we both be wrong? Are we allowed to do that and not say no loudly...
Read moreMy partner and I ordered two subs (one each) and a single cookie, and they couldn't have gotten the order more wrong while still within the confines of the ingredients we both specified if they tried.
I ordered a footlong Green Goddess on Tex Mex toasted with -Swiss -Green peppers -Olives -Red onions -Spinach -Tomato -Chipotle SW -Green Goddess dressing
My partner ordered a Chicken Bacon Peppercorn Ranch footlong on Italian herbs and cheese toasted with -Shredded cheese -Green peppers -Onions -Peppercorn ranch sauce
My sub was subject to an avalanche of onions, no Green Goddess dressing, no cheese, no spinach, no tomato, and no olives.
My partner's sub contained maybe two onions total, my tomatoes, my spinach, my olives, and my Green Goddess dressing.
This experience read like they put all of the ingredients we ordered separately into a hat and drew them out at random to decide what our subs would be, then arbitrarily left some ingredients out and added strange amounts of others.
At least the cookie was right. đ¤ˇââď¸
I'm a garbage disposal and will eat anything, but my partner is more picky and was displeased.
Imagine if this atrocious mix-up had happened and one of us had an allergy to one of the ingredients.
I've never in my life had any restaurant, let alone a Subway, get my order...
Read moreonline ordered two subs (one ham and one bmt) from here last night, and they forgot one of our subs in the uber eats bag. when we called, the first employee didn't understand what we were saying and passed us to his colleague. this guy, an employee named lester, also couldn't understand what we meant.
"ohh you got sent the wrong order?" no we're missing the ham sub, everything else in the bag is correct. "so the sub didn't have any ham on it?" as we just said, no. there is no sub. we ended up having to tell him six different times that we were missing one of our two subs before he finally understood what we meant.
he then told us that he was sure they put the sub in the bag and that they had camera footage that they could show us. well, the bag arrived stapled together so no one could have tampered with it, and there was only one sub in the bag. what am I supposed to do now??? he never apologized.
as if this situation wasn't bad enough, the bmt sub that we did receive gave my boyfriend violent food poisoning and he is still bed ridden after 24 hours. despicable customer service, disrespectful employees, and food that made us sick? extremely disappointing. if I could give this subway zero...
