Our favorite spot in the downtown area, right across from the Public Garden 🌷🌷🌷 •Parking: There is street parking available nearby, but we usually rpark at the paid parking lot behind Sushi Jet. •Food: Sushi Jet offers a diverse menu that goes beyond just sushi. Along with delicious sushi options, they also serve Thai and Chinese dishes. One of our favorite dishes are recommendations include their wontons (available on weekends only, both fried and steamed versions) and bao bun. Additionally, we always have sashimi, special rolls, black pepper beef, short rib, grilled squid, and Tomyum soup. The food was so good that we event forgot to snap some pics, so only few pics below, not sure it would be any help 🤭 •Service: The service at Sushi Jet is highly responsive and attentive. You can easily contact them through their Instagram account, as you did, and they will promptly respond to your inquiries. During our visit yesterday ( Canada Day), the staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. In particular, your server, Kim, was friendly, attentive, and even offered valuable suggestions. Kim and the rest of the staff made sure us had a great dining experience and kept an eye on refilling our water and assisting with anything we needed. Overall Experience: Our experience at Sushi Jet has always been pleasant. Each visit has been filled with good food and enjoyable times with friends. We highly recommend this place to others. If you're planning to visit with a larger group, especially more than six people, it's advisable to call ahead and make a reservation. But for holidays, they may not take reservations and only have first come, first serve.

An excellent place to come with friend and family and eat together! There are plenty of seats here and they do take reservations. The little robot 🤖 that comes to deliver the food is cute and makes for an excellent talking piece with those that you are eating with. The food is easy to order off the tablet which has photos for everything. The All-you-can-eat option is perfect for groups so everyone can eat what they like. The Pier 21 roll is unique to here only and tasted fantastic. Actually, all the food here tastes great and there is so much variety that everyone from vegetarians to other food requirements will be able to find something delicious to eat. The staff here are friendly and quick in their service so feel free to ask them questions. We did and felt very welcome. There is some street parking across the street at the Walking Gardens, but you may find it easier and quicker to just park in the underground parking next door. Oir parking cost about $6 for 3 or 4 hours.

My experience at Sushi Jet wasn't the greatest, but I may give it another try in the future. When we arrived at the restaurant for the "all you can eat", I let a staff member know of a food allergy so that we would not have that food served at our table as there is no way to make modifications on the tablets when ordering. I was served the food I asked not to have at our table, three different times throughout the evening. We were also served a few dishes that we hadn't ordered at all & wouldn't have ever ordered to begin with. The staff were mostly pretty friendly except one guy that put a plate of food directly in my face while I was eating and I had to move for him. It wasn't cool. We Also felt like a couple staff members may have pointed and laughed at us after our repeated issues and it was uncomfortable. My wait for the shrimp tempura was 45 minutes. Some of the other food we ordered came much quicker, but the shrimp took so long, we enquired three times about its arrival. Our tablet shut off shortly after placing the first few orders and I believe that could be what made the rest of our dining experience go downhill as a staff had to restart it and then we didn't get some of our food we had ordered. The sushi and other menu items were good overall and the food that did arrive, tasted fresh and hot. I will probably return to give Sushi Jet another try as I respect that a manager came over to our table and offered us a free cheesecake and ten percent discount from our bill after we had to speak to wait staff multiple times about the issues we were having trying to enjoy our dinner.

I was very dissatisfied with my recent visit. The tableware had rice grains stuck to it, and when I requested a replacement, the server replied with just one word: "ok." Their attitude was quite dismissive. I don't mind having robots serve the food, but at least they should ensure a certain level of service. Throughout the meal, the servers only came to clear the plates a couple of times, and we had to go to them for any requests. Our table was cluttered with empty plates, and there was no space for new dishes. The robots can only delivered food, and everything else was self-service. Several times, the robots moved on before we could take all our dishes, forcing us to get up and chase after them. The food was decent, but the main issue was the service. While a few servers were polite and attentive, the majority displayed a poor attitude. They rarely spoke, neglected to proactively clear empty plates, and seemed indifferent to customers' requests. I'm uncertain about returning in the near future.

MUST TRY - had a amazing time here. The robots were super cute as well. Lots of varieties of sushi and the service was on point for a Friday. My only complaint was the reservation minimum was 5 and that’s kind of silly to be frank. Would have loved to have this as 4. There is a ton of variety here but sadly I didn’t get a real chance to document anything as the staff didn’t tell us what I was picking up and the robots don’t help either. Servers where too busy racing around to really tell us what they gave us. At one point we felt we received someone else’s order and returned it. All the food served was great and it was even better with friends who joined us. The atmosphere and location is perfect for the downtown atmosphere. Very clean and professional.

I do not recommend if you are ordering a scheduled take-out/pickup for yourself for lunch. I put in an order for take-out at 6am for pickup to be at noon. I used their online website to place the order. I got there at 12:01 and did not get my 12 rolls of sushi until 12:27. This used up half of my lunch break from working in the hot sun just standing at the take-out/pickup window, but at least there was AC ! There were only two occupied tables in the whole place, plenty of staff and robot waiters as well... perhaps they prioritize working on larger orders scheduled for later as opposed to solo 1 person lunch orders.
