I’m a little late to post this ! It’s always pleasant experience going there Marin one of the manager super friendly! She’s always smiling and lovely. But I would love to bring a little concern to GM’s attention that there are few people who should learn not to start making faces right away at customer’s face if they ask their food made fresh ! This happened with me and when i saw it they started talking to each other and i could understand each and everything, literally looking at me ! I felt so awkward and bad that I have been in food chain and management 6 years and never treated customer like that. I mean what’s the big deal if someone wants to enjoy their first meal of the day fresh and peacefully ! But Marin was super sweet and I did bring this thing to her attention that why they are talking looking at me and why it seems to be a big problem asking for everything made to be fresh like I’m ready to wait and i was very polite she said she can’t understand there language and I told her Well I can because I speak and can understand that language. And it shouldn’t be like this ! I hope this comes to GM’s attention and this should be avoided, because it’s very convenient location and shouldn’t loose customers because of their employees mistakes!! And shouldn’t be getting upset if someone wants fresh food and talking with you...
Read moreGreat usually when your just grabbing a bite to take on the go. Can be busy a lot of the time, due to the location being on Quinpool Road. A lot of other businesses around and construction. Staff are alright, but can't seem to help to say that some struggle speaking English, when asked questions about deals, prices, etc... or don't have an idea what burger your asking sometimes, even if its the name of the burger given by the cooperation your saying to the worker's. Other than that, the staff are nice, and pretty friendly. Completely understand some people need a little more time with practice with particular things in life, but would suggest to Wendy's Management on quinpool and other locations to make sure they provide a worker or can be asked questions, and possibly responde with a clear answer, instead of the worker being embarresed and having a customer get mad at them, because time is money, and some of us only get so much time on work breaks. But just an idea 💡🤔 also just to mention this is not me saying you have terrible workers behind the counter, they are great people and mostly give most guests a greet with a big smile. Read moreThat’s it, I’m done giving this place chances. Every single order is wrong or disgusting and I’m so disappointed because Wendy’s is by far my favourite fast food. Does Charlie still own this place? What the hell happened? I got a poutine with burnt black bacon, maybe 1 tbsp worth of gravy (I wish was exaggerating, the bottom of the container is bone dry) and cold curds. They completely ignored the fact that I added veggies to my burger and the burger was very dry. In general I’m used to them missing sauces or missing a topping or something (former employee, I know what the food is supposed to be) sometimes they’ll miss my drink even when they have a person literally stationed on just drinks and they gave me a hard time about it asking for my receipt which I didn’t have because the cashier never gave me one. In fact they never give me my receipts so I can’t even give the store direct feedback on their website and have to review them here instead.
