Wingsaholic — Local services in Hamilton

This is definitely more of a takeout place. The pictures on other reviews show sit down spaces but that was not the case when we were there. In all fairness, they were setting up for a special event so that could have been why? Pros- the club the wing shop operates out of is awesome. The ambiance is great and you can tell it's a great place to dance the night away. The staff are also really nice and let us sit down and eat even though there technically is no dine-in. They also offered us drinks on the house when the food was late (more below) which was super nice. Cons- the wait was pretty long (40 mins) but they did explain that it was because they made our order wrong and wanted to redo it. But then when we got them, the food was cold. The price was slightly high for what we got. You can also feel free to ignore the spicy meter on the menu- I got something that was 8/10 on the spiciness level and it was not spicy at all.

Long story short...get take out here if you want wings and visit in person if you want to enjoy...

Not the best experience unfortunately, I was excited for my order -did it on skip- and decided to try the inferno challenge. It was missing the veggies and blue cheese and kinda soggy. The coleslaw was ok, but lacking some flavor. The potato wedges were good. I'll give them another try in the future maybe it was a bad day.

We ordered through Skip the Dishes and there was a delay getting a delivery driver. Randall had called me to let me know about the delay and they even remade the food for us (without being asked) to make sure we had a fresh meal. The food and customer service was excellent!...
