Well balanced cupcakes and moist! As I was eating them, I was struck by the thought that if I was buying a wedding cake, these cakes would be a perfect fit because the cake flavours balance together so nicely, and the icing isn't too sweet. These cakes will be enjoyed by guests. I have seen guests shove back a slice of cake that was too sweet or not worth eating. Initially, I was worried that the icing would be too sweet because of some of the pics I saw online, but it wasn't. Chocolate cake usually tastes wrong, in my opinion; one flavour stands out incorrectly. However, my favourite flavour here was his chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing -- lovely balanced cake flavour. It is the second best chocolate cupcake that I have purchased next to Killer Cupcakes in Guelph (her Money Cake). I also really enjoyed Cupcakes' Skor cupcake (the owner or the employee's recommendation).
