OneZo Tapioca 丸作 — Restaurant in Hamilton

I recently visited a bubble tea store with high hopes of enjoying a refreshing and satisfying drink. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to a major mistake with my order.

To my surprise and dismay, I received the wrong drink entirely. Instead of the delicious and carefully crafted bubble tea that I had eagerly anticipated, I was handed a completely different beverage that didn't match my preferences or expectations. It was a letdown right from the first sip.

Not only was the drink not what I had ordered, but the taste was also unappealing. The flavors were off, and it lacked the signature sweetness and balance that are characteristic of a well-made bubble tea. It was evident that the wrong ingredients had been used, resulting in a drink that was simply unenjoyable.

To make matters worse, when I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, they seemed indifferent and unapologetic. There was no effort made to rectify the mistake or offer a suitable solution. The lack of customer service and responsiveness further added to my disappointment and...

i don't get bubble tea too often so i've only been here twice. the first time, the staff was so sweet and explained how their menu worked, gave me recommendations and were just so lovely to be around. this time, i sat in the shop to do some work while drinking my bubble tea and while aggressively erasing, my drink fell off the table and slipped everywhere. the staff was again so sweet, cleaning up and even remaking my drink. they didn't make me feel bad whatsoever (even tho i felt horrible). they even wiped the table where a bit of the drink had fallen and helped make sure my textbook and laptop didn't get any bubble tea on it from the fall. the staff is always so nice and the drinks and atmosphere is always so amazing. i'd recommend the milk tea with the brown sugar pearls cause it's so good - also they definitely have some of the best brown sugar pearls...

They just opened and its currently insanely busy, but the staff work diligently and are in high spirits considering the complexity fo the customizable orders. It's very nice on the inside, well decorated and the branding is consistent across the shop. We ordered the OneZo Fruit Tea and the Jasmine Milk Tea both with OneZo Tapioca (we did a combination of purple and mango for the fruit tea and the addition of sesame for the second one). I must say I have never had better tapioca. You can even watch them make it in the front window. The mixture of fruits in the Fruit Tea was divine. I was hesitant about set sugar but it wasnt too sweet, it was just right. The Milk tea was perfectly milky without being overpowering
