Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

1 hour late, pizza undercooked and prepared wrong! When our pizza was 20 minutes late I called customer service only to be told (after a long hold) that they never got my order because of a “paper jam??” I presume the order was then rushed but it was still an hour late! Only to find one of the pizza drenched in grease, undercooked thick dough (even though we ordered THIN CRUST WELL DONE)!!!, the other pizza, also wrong! Should have been whole wheat dough (which had a surcharge), but was again thick white dough, topping thrown on so messy that some pieces had NO TOPPINGS on them!!! Awful! Never again will we order from them! Too bad as we had been ordering from them WEEKLY!!!! And to make matters worse the company customer service would offer less than 50% credit for our troubles!! An hour late! Bad and...

We get pizza from here regularly. But the pizza can be hit or miss from week to week. The food tastes good, but the toppings can be what you expect or sparse. Don't bother spending the money on extra cheese, it almost never seems to come with the extra cheese. We just got pizzas again tonight, and despite my better judgement we ordered with double cheese on one and triple cheese on the other, and it looked like there was barely any cheese on either pizza. I understand price of goods are going up, but so have the prices of the pizzas. Anyways, this is not meant to deter people from ordering pizza from here, i believe in supporting local businesses, but please provide feedback, so they can improve on their consistency...

I’m kind of surprised at some of the other reviews. This is my favourite place to get pizza in Waterdown. After a string of terrible experiences at another pizza chain, we started ordering from here and the pizza has been consistently delicious, always on time, and never wrong.

This location is great!

On the corporate side, Gino’s call centre and their website could use some work. They finally seem to have addressed a year long bug on their site that logged me out midway through ordering if I didn’t complete the order very quickly.

But I can’t hold that against the guys who run this location. That’s a corporate issue.
