Pane Fresco — Restaurant in Hamilton

I’m having a hard time deciding how to do a rating and review. I quite like all their bread products and from scratch pizza. This review is for one particular product, the “Festive Turkey Pie”, which I bought for Thanksgiving in lieu of making a full on turkey dinner for two. The packaging was beautiful and the ingredients sounded tasty. I was assured that it’s a very popular seasonal seller. I am so glad i didn’t share it with anyone other than my husband. And I feel quite badly about that! It was truly awful. The turkey chunks were ok so we picked those out to eat in a futile attempt to salvage something for dinner. The rest was a revolting mucky mess that went straight into the garbage....

I have been going to Pan fresco for a long time. On Weekends, I often buy brunch or breakfast here. The students working there have no respect, they think it’s a joke to work in customer service, they display a mockery, there is no management oversight. I am very very disappointed. They refuse to swap an everything bagel with a plain bagel, flat out, with no reasoning. It’s never an issue at any other panfresco/fortinos but the Waterdown location. I will never return because my concerns are...

Not sure what the conspiracy is here, but more than once have I ended up with one slice of meat on a sandwich I bought here. So hit and miss. Make sure the sandwich you’re buying is worth the money you’re spending. Considering 12 dollars for a slice or of meat and half a slice of packaged cheese and 2 pieces of bread. What a rip off. Just double check with the person serving you. Very inconsistent....
