The morning staff are always so rude to me. I go in to Tim’s almost everyday and I am always served by the same lady named Sue. She is incredibly racist and rude. I asked for a fork and she gave me a knife, then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. In what world would I need a knife to eat tim bits? She is very racially motivated because she will call anybody who is the same race “siblings”. I have many poc friends who are of the same race as me. Everyday she will ask “Are you siblings? You must be siblings.” And after we say no, she will go ahead and ask the same thing tomorrow. This will happen with every single one of my poc friends that I hang out with. The funny thing is that we are two completely different races, and we are quite literally two different looking people. It’s very obvious that we are not related in the slightest, yet somehow we will always be related in her eyes. Next, shes always rude for absolutely no reason at all. Miss, you work at a Tim Horton’s… Shes always giving attitude to teenagers especially, and shes always sucking up to adults who are clearly in the wrong. Shes always rolling her eyes, interrupting customers, SIGHING LOUDLY, and so much more that makes me wonder how she isn’t even fired yet. Management should just kick her off the team, she doesn’t even know the basics of customer service or respect. She’s always denying things that have clearly been said or asked by the customer, because apparently she is always right. Sue must be an angel because she can “never do no wrong”. When she gets an order wrong she will scoff and roll her eyes, then proceed to snatch the item back AGGRESSIVELY. Why work at a Tim Horton’s if your temper is as short as...
Read moreI’m not really sure why, but they only have 1 order taker for 2 lanes during peak hours. It’s currently 11:55am and the drive thru is busy. Yesterday I sat on the right side while 3 cars went through and ordered on the left. Finally after waiting for about 7 mins from entry of drive thru to waiting for my order to be taken, a car who had just pulled up was being served so I drove to the window and was greeted with attitude. “Yes?” My response explained my experience described above and the response I got was “well she does one side then the other and goes back and forth” so I reiterated I was waiting and for how long an she said what can I get you? Again not really fond of the way it sounded but I digress. I got my order and left. I went again today, and with double the cars from yesterday the order taker was making drink order while taking orders for 2 lanes. Customer service fails when you don’t provide the tools people need to be successful and cutting labor while doubling an employees work load seems to be making a lot of people mad. Not just me (one person) it’s super frustrating to express that you’ve been waiting, and to be told you can wait a bit longer. I would recommend visiting...

My family and I wanted to pick up a little something for lunch, so we went to our local Tim Hortons and entered via the drive-thru. The employees were fast and efficient, but the portion given was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! - BOTH the items that I ordered (a 1/2 french vanilla and 1/2 coffee beverage, and a regular chili) were not filled to the black indicated "fill line" on each cup. - I thankfully caught the lack of fill on my drink order (as I checked before driving off), and politely asked the employee to "top it off"; she was polite and did so. - I did not check my chili order - trusting that it was satisfactory, and also I didn't want to keep the people behind me waiting. - but sure enough, after we drove off and I opened the lid to my chili, I saw that my portion size was cheated - just like my beverage was initially! - Terrible and unacceptable! Having friends who have worked at Tim's in the past; they reaffirmed my knowledge that the Tim's employees are suppose to fill the chili up to the indicated black line. $5.00 for 3/4 of a cup of chili.......
