NEVER EVER ORDER HERE - READ BEFORE ORDERING! If I could give this place no stars I would. Normally I am much more forgiving when things are late or not up to my standard for food, especially when the deal is as good as '2 for 1' but after ordering from this place once I will never do so again. We ordered off of Uber Eats, tipped over $10 due to the conditions of the snow, just to be told we would be waiting up to 3 hours despite the Uber estimated wait being 15-25 minutes. We called originally after waiting an hour, got the voicemail (which was full, likely with other angry people!), called back a few minutes later and were told it would likely be another hour, called back 40 minutes later to see if there was any update on if it was being prepared or not (as you cannot see the status through Uber, despite their being an option to 'request update' -- they will not update. they use their own couriers so there is no tracking) and were then told it may be ANOTHER hour. That would be 3 hours! When we tried to tell them that would make it 3 hours of waiting and we were told 15-25 originally when we placed the order, they just hung up on us without another word. Absolutely abysmal and disrespectful customer service. The only redeeming part of the meal was the wings were apparently okay, but I am vegetarian and couldn't enjoy those with my friends, and instead just had my own burnt pizza which didnt even seem to have either of the toppings I asked for (extra cheese? not to my eyes! and the fresh garlic? put on in what seemed to be whole cloves, and burnt!). To make matters worse the Uber support took over an hour to understand what my issue was, and didn't refund my full amount despite saying they would. I've never been as stressed over a food order as I was this one, and as an anxious person that says a lot. The first red flag with this place popped up the second I called to place my order, the staff member picked up the phone and didn't say anything for about 10 seconds, I said "Hello?" And the staff member said "Hey." That's it, "Hey." I wasn't even sure I had called the right number. I placed my order and was told the total was $27 and some change and that it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes, when it got here after about an hour and 5 minutes, I was told to pay $38 and some change. I don't know how I could've heard 38 as 27 but I paid anyways. Upon opening the food up, I was pretty disappointed. The garlic bread felt like it hadn't even been put in an oven and it tasted like it might have been near garlic at some point. The pizza didn't look fresh, I mean it obviously was because it had all the toppings we had ordered, it just looked off, my family said the pizza was okay, personally I had none of the pizza. The chicken wings were odd, they weren't necessarily bad, they were just really big, like abnormally big, the chickens used probably just did squats everyday. The french fries included in the combo we ordered were missing, maybe that's fortunate though. Ive never been so disappointed in a pizza place until I tried to order from here. They will not honor coupons or offers that are available through their store via delivery service ie: uber/doordash the dishes, etc. The store owner will belittle you, refuse to complete the order, and neglect to cancel or update the app. As long as they leave it up, they still get paid, you get no pizza, and you as the customer cannot get a refund from the delivery service until the order is canceled or completed by the business. By leaving the order up they are essentially stealing. I am still waiting for them to fix it, even after calling back after they hung up the first time the owner called me.
