Sizzle Nightclub — Restaurant in Hamilton

Booked bottle service last Saturday in Sizzle, we didn’t receievr Champagne bottle and our red bulls as per our package. It seems like its all about getting the payment done and they dont really care after. Secondly, you can clearly tell customers that in order to get a booth of your desired location, you have to buy more bottles instead of saying that our team decides when you arrive at venue but in fact, it was already decided and we were given booth at very corner possible where we didn’t want it. DJ was whack as nobody was really there to dance, they were all looking for some good music but lame music kept everyone from enjoying. Also, add some more speakers and woofers as your sound system is prob from 90s. Would not recommend...

Went in and was on guest list on their website but they wouldnt let me in for free to start. The woman at the door was very rude. Then I was very sick after being in there for 2 minutes and asked for my money back because I couldn't stay (had a stomach flu and was entirely sober at this point) was told I couldnt get my money back and then blatantly ignored. The place is nice but on the 2nd floor we were by the bar to the right next to the stairs and I could you not 5 girls fell down the stairs and I just thought oh there just drunk but when I went up the stairs I could understand they were so very steep and very little room at the top to get to the floor.
