It would be my first time ever in this place and the last. I walked in tonight directly behind an Asian couple. The man behind the counter said hello to them and cracked a bit of a smile. He looked at me and I smiled at him while I waited behind the couple. He did not smile back he just barked "UBER?!" at me. I confusedly shook my head no.The man rolled his eyes at me and then turned his attention to the couple. A white man walked in after me, keys in his hand and he was not given the same greeting. walked outside to call my husband and let him know what just occurred, he said he really wanted to try this place so I reluctantly went back inside. I ordered a pizza with half butter chicken and half shawarma. The price advertised is about 24.95. The same guy told me there is a $3 extra charge for having a different pizza base. I agreed. When he punched in the price to the machine he quickly skipped over the price breakdown screen. I asked him to go back to it. When he did there was an additional $3.00 and $1.75. When I asked what the $1.75 was for he kept repeating what the $3 was for and then blurted out "premium toppings" when I again questioned the $1.75. I grabbed my purse off the counter and left. The price for the pizza that is on their menu and advertised is not what you pay and you are really paying $5 more...or maybe it's just me he did this to - cause all us black ppl are supposed to be uber drivers, not buying premium pizzas. ...

If you’re a pizza lover in Hamilton, Pizza Fiamma is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked dough and perfectly melted cheese had me excited — and they absolutely delivered.

I ordered their signature Achari, Tandoori and Shahi Paneer pizza and it was phenomenal — a perfect balance of crisp crust, rich tomato sauce, generous toppings and Paneer(Cottage cheese). Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The crust had that ideal softness with a slight crunch — just the way I love it!

What truly made my visit stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from Zoban. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Zoban went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and serving with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued — he truly elevated the whole experience.
