The Hub Coffee Roaster @ Hamilton — Restaurant in Hamilton

In Hamilton, pass by this coffee shop, attracted by the coffee smell and walked in. Turned out also a coffee bean Roaster. New in the neighbourhood but if i understand the conversation correctly , this roaster had 10+ years of coffee bean roasting in Malaysia.

Tried the pour over(lots of bean choices)- bean roasted in house - very aromatic, and the owner/barista did a good job brewing it too. Nicely balanced and mellow on my taste buds. Most importantly, the asking price is very reasonable! So bought some beans also and will try at home.

So happy to have stumbled upon this cozy coffee shop during my weekend in Hamilton! Wei was so kind in taking the time to explain the different beans they offer (and roast in house!) and helping me choose ones that suit my note preferences. Tried their flat white and americano, and both were super aromatic and flavourful. The service here is impeccable and you can really tell that Wei and Kim are passionate about coffee. This place is so amazing. They just opened but everything is run so smoothly. The staff here is worth 5 stars (let alone the food!!) they are truly spectacular!!! They are so kind and friendly. They bring your coffee to the table without you even asking and a glass of water. Truly amazing staff.

The coffee here is sooooooooo good!!! and the cookies... OMG!! I got the brown butter chocolate chip and I've genuinely never had a cookie so good.

Def check them out. They have prob opened two weeks ago and they are already my favourite coffee...
