Fresh mangos and my search of delicious desserts has brought me to Hamilton! Hui Lau Shan is finally opened in Hamilton and literally when you walk into this popular dessert place, you will go mangos seeing that everything on the menu contains mangos. Not just any kind of mango. Speaking to the owner, they use fresh mangos in their desserts and you can definitely taste the difference! I had the opportunity to get a few desserts to try as I love mangos! The mango pudding is quite nice- not too sweet. I am definitely a fan of a good mango pudding! The Mango Romance is a nice symphony of a few different plates containing a trio of mango mochi, sago and mango ice cream. Itās probably one of my favorite dessert dishes there because it tastes soooooo good!!
Under the glistening light in the dessert place lies my beautiful Pomelo Mango with Sago! Unless your Asian, you probably are wondering what a Pomelo is. Even if you didnāt know what it is, this is a nice dessert to try. Not only does it look good but it tastes quite delicious! I love Pomelo! If you are wanting to go out of your comfort zone, go out on limb and try something new, this Pomelo Mango with Sago is the one to try! Lastly, I tried one of their more unique and interesting desserts which was the Mango Coconut Noodle dish! The noodles were quite interesting as they were nice and soft in texture. Never had noodles like this kind of dessert but definitely enjoyed it! In addition to all the mango desserts, they do have some nice refreshing drinks, savoury foods and other desserts that donāt have mango so definitely lots of options to choose from! The staff here are so amazing, hospitable and friendly!!
All I got to say is that Hamilton is lucky to have you guys! Such a great dessert place filled with mango goodness!! Itās like heaven for any mango lover!!! I canāt wait for you guys to open a location in Toronto! For now, I have to say Iām a huge fan of your desserts and will be...

The mango romance, the mango frozen cake, the pomelo mango Sango dessert, the mango popcorn drink and the pancakes (mango or durian)!
Omg, all I mentioned above are all mangoes. Literally, their menu specializes in mango drinks and desserts. Itās nice that they have mango drinks and desserts to offer in Hamilton. Thereās not a lot of dessert places like Hui Lau Shan in Hamilton so itās exciting to see that they have this dessert place now in Hamilton. Not only that, this is the second location that is an official location coming from the Hong Kong franchise. All their desserts are made fresh daily and the drinks use mangoes that are sweet and ripe.
I like pancakes a lot and I especially love dessert pancakes. Thereās not a lot of places that make the yellow pancakes like the way they make it here. Itās like this mini yellow pillow with cream and mango inside. Mm mmm mmm so soft to bite in and great snack to share with friends.
They got lots of seating too so for those people who want to eat in, they can! I especially like the high ceilings and the lighting decor inside the restaurant.
LAST TIP?!
I also want to mention that they have teas and savoury food items here too. So if youāre not a fan of mango drinks or desserts, they still got something to offer for everyone. They however do not have bubble teas...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave been a regular cx for 3 years now. Love this place. Have tried almost all the drinks and teas you offer. But had a terrible experience today. The employee working on July 25th 2021 between 7-8pm got the order wrong. I ordered a regular T6 and he gave me a T5 instead. When I corrected him, he looked at me like I was lying and kept shaking his head. When I placed the order, he asked me to read out the name of the item, I said Taro milk with purple rice. Sounds like he only heard half of what I said. Please train this employee to listen to the order completely and then repeat it back to the cx so that they get it right. Will still visit your place when this employee is not around. Thanks
Edit: I am glad to know that my comment was taken seriously by you (owner). I did not expect to receive a response. I appreciate your gesture, although I was not looking for a free drink. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars purely on the fact that you care for your customers. I do not have any issues with the staff. All of them have been very pleasant to interact with so far. I can understand that our mask lives can cause miscommunication. Thanks again for your gesture and bringing delicious desserts...
