So I ordered a large party bag, when I got there they had two students working which is fine. I get it, but seems one of them desperately needs guidance. Not only did I lay more then I normally do but as I wanted the girl making the popcorn in the back, she was literally grabbing pieces of popcorn one after another straight from the freshly popped popcorn with her bare gross hands. Tried to purchase numerous items all unavailable. Monthly flavour options they weren't "allowed" to make more. Yet it was shy of 2 hours into the day let alone not quite end of the month.

Staff attempted to make up for what seems to be a franchise decision vs the brand with a coupon. Appreciated and good gesture - not many young staff would recognize that. Kudos to them.
