If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a Garmin smartwatch which is normally around $400 dollars, for $199.99 on Boxing Day. Thought the price was too good to be true as the watch did not have prices anywhere near this one even on sale, but shrugged it off as a good Boxing Day deal. Turns out my thoughts were correct, as the next day I received a cancellation notice from the Source. When I called to ask why my order was cancelled, I received a response that the watch is out of stock - the delivery person went to pick it up but there was nothing to pick up. May I add that this was all done in a very unprofessional condescending tone, ensuring that I know what out of stock means. When asked how they could be selling something out of stock, as they have a limited number of pieces available and after that number of pieces have been ordered they shouldn't even have the option to purchase the item anymore I was once again met with condescension and all I received was that their their stock number was originally wrong and there is nothing they can do about it. No solution, raincheck, or option to purchase a different version of the same watch was offered - not even a re-stock date. You would think that larger corporations such as this with nationwide franchises would take more accountability for the way they are conducting their business, but here we are...Absolutely and unbelievably disappointing customer service. Customer Sevice at its Lowest Level. I purchased an apple watch and paid for it. $600 The time he handed over me the watch ⌚️ I asked him for the bag which he never included in my bill. So he asked me $.25 cents for it, and I said I don't have change on me right now and asked if he can give me the bag. So he decided to lie to my face, saying that they didn't have the bags. Meanwhile, I was checking my wallet to see if I could find $.25 cents on me. When I handed over him the cents, he gave me the bag, and I was like r u being serious right now. How come u have bags now. It's like spending $600, and u guys can't offer a $.25 cents bag. That really bad on u guys. Level up ur Standard, bro. That's not nyc at all. Ling to ur customers for a bag, and on the top, that was ur mistake that u never asked if I needed a bag while u was doing my billing.
