My boyfriend and I ordered a total of 3 different pretzels today. The one he chosen was the only one frozen cold almost. He noticed and mentioned to the lady it was sitting in the “heating” or “waiting to be served” part of the counter where the containers of cheese is. She still didn’t listen to even warm it up, or even make a new one as she did for the other two. Personally there was two that was the “salty” flavours and his being one of them, and the third being a sweet one where I asked for the toppings to be put on the side. So truly, if the sweet one was cold slightly I would’ve understood and wouldn’t leave a bad review. Read moreOK seriously, whoever owns this place needs to either change their perspective on customer service or just close the place INDEFINITELY. It's rarely open, and when it is, it's run by teenagers with ZERO skills and NO knowledge of food handling. These children stand around mocking customers, and they REFUSE to make anything within an hour of the mall closing. I GUARANTEE: any customer can walk up and ask for anything within the hour of closing and they're "ALL SOLD OUT". That's if you even see an employee there... usually there is just a sign saying they'll be back and nowhere in sight for hours. After witnessing continued horrible food handling, I refuse to eat here... sad as they USED to have a great staff and excellent product- it's DEPLORABLE to feed customers what you're feeding them now. Read moreVery surprised to find a prime location in Lime Ridge mall food court closed on a Sunday afternoon. This was only discovered as one member of our party was looking extremely forward to a pretzel. After a 60 minute wait once opened, we were informed by staff that there would be an additional 30 minute wait for a single pretzel as they "are currently sold out". This was disappointing as only two individuals were served before us.
