Alyaz and his team were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! They made the process of upgrading to new phones and taking advantage of the best deals so much easier. The staff were knowledgable and walked us through the process, while providing all the information we needed. The process in our case took a few trips (to secure a device, as stock was limited), but during each trip the staff were helpful and provided great service. After recommending their services, they were also able to secure great upgrade deals for my sister and her husband, as well help other help other family members switch their plans. I highly recommend using their services! They were able to save us time on finding deals ourselves, getting the best deals, saving connections fees, and the BestBuy gift cards are a great bonus and will definitely be put to use. Read moreI’ve never had an easier experience switching phone plans and providers. I’m not very tech suavvy, and I don’t understand all the phone plans etc. all that well. The employee working at this location on September 27th at 12:51 noon , I believe her name tag said “Justice” was incredible. I know dealing with customers who don’t know anything is probably frustrating but not for this woman. She was so kind and patient and explained things that made everything very clear. All the options were very overwhelming so she narrowed it down for me based on my needs and I believe truly got me the best plan for my needs and budget. She was great at answering all of my million, probably very rhetorical to most, questions, with grace and a smile. If I ever want to switch again, I’d love to come back to this location and deal with her again....

The phone dropped in price the next day on the website and so I returned to get a price correction. I wait nearly an hour of a rep processing it before I'm told that the website failed to mention that there was a minimum plan requirement and I didn't meet it. So I'd either have to change my plan (costing me more overall) or keep the phone at its current price.
I'm upset that the website was not clearer about the requirements. I'm upset that the rep did not check those requirements before spending an hour processing it. And I'm upset that they were so understaffed that I had to wait more than 2.5 hours total for a simple...
