Avoid this Tims at all cost, especially on a Saturday. Whoever does the ordering needs to pull their head out of whatever hole it’s in. Every Saturday they’re out of 1. Ice Capp’s (one of their best selling items) 2. most of their bagels 3. most of their cookies 4. all their muffins, save the bran ones.

It’s not rocket science to order extra for one of the busiest days of the week. It’s stupid that they don’t.

On top of that, 90% of the employees don’t care at all about what’s going on, and don’t even smile when they greet you.

The food is made inconsistently. I order a four cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese and a large blackberry yuzu sparkling quencher with less ice every single time I go to Tim’s. Any other location I go, the food is consistent, bagel always has the perfect amount of creamy cheese, and the drink always has the right amount of flavour mixed in. This one? The amount of cream cheese ranges from a thin coating on half the bagel (and when I say thin I mean the way you’d spread butter on a bagel) to way too much. The drink ranges from literally just sparkling water with a hint of pink, to the VERY OCCASIONAL decently made drink.

We went to this location to sign paperwork with our realtor, we got there at 920 pm and asked what time they were closing. We were told 10 pm so we said we had enough time. We were sitting at a table at 940 and were told they were locking the door in 5 minutes and we needed to get out. We told the girl we were told they were open till 10 pm and were almost done so we would be out before then. 2 minutes later a younger male started yelling that we needed to get out. He then approached the table and told us he was kicking us out, we asked for a few more minutes and told him we were almost done and explained we were told they were open till 10. He still insisted we get out. One minute later he came back to the table pulled out a chair SAT DOWN beside us and threw his arms on the table. He became to get very aggressive and told us we needed to get out right now. He was kicking us out and he "didnt care". It was only 945 pm. When we were leaving, the same guy then held the door open for us and told us to "have a nice night, and hope you crash". This is disgusting absolutely replulsive behaviour by your employees. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience at this timmies. I will never return to...

I came in today having a really good day and after my experience it literally just ruined my day. The cashier (Kennedy) that was serving me was very rude and disrespectful. She didn't even look me in the eyes she looked at me maybe once. I came in and ordered an iced coffee. I asked her what kind of bagels were available because there wasn't any on display. She then rolled her eyes and began to say "we have everything" and listed them so fast I could hardly hear so I just decided against it. I then asked for a egg and cheese on a biscuit but realized I didn't have enough so I apologized and asked her if she could please remove the order. She huffed and then took the money and dropped my change in my hand again not even looking me in the face.
