Be Careful !!! … If you have a McDonalds gift card. Ask always for your recipe !!
I’m a religious customer of McDonalds of 23 Ave and 111 St. Every Morning for the las exactly 1 year Monday to Friday my inversion monthly $ 100 to 150 Dlls. 20 Dlls a week aprox. Sometimes Regular medium coffee with shot of expresso or English muffin meal….
They know who I’m ! … I can say some names but Is not the point. Last Thursday Morning 13 January 2022. Around 7:30 am. I bought my Coffee with my Gift Card. The Philippine Sweet lady took my payment. She always tell you how much is your remaining …She say Thank you your remaining is 3.75 Dlls. Another couple lady’s make the same But No ! the more older woman She say only Thaaank you !! … Oh the Big Boy he always say the remaining of your gift card. Anyway … The point here is the Friday 14 January 2022 around 7:20 am a New guy in the moment to pay I ordered only my Medium Regular Coffee $1.70 plus $.40 with shot espresso. Total $ 2.10. Well the guy charged for my Coffee more $.25 more because my gift card is not more funds. ?? So !! … I was really concerned why the sweet lady yesterday give me $ 3.75 remaining and next day in the morning I have no sufficient Founds ??
Always I used the same gift card usually every week I charge with 20 Dlls … Well ?!! Here is the tricky …

Read moreI would really want to give 0 if i could. I went here today around 4:35 in the evening. First of all in front, nobody was coming to help. Then after couple of minutes a crew member showed up and started taking order. I am a vegetarian person and my order was cheeseburger with no meat with lettuce, tomato and no mustard no pickles, she punched in extra pickles and extra mustard. Then i just checked my reciept and i told them it is no pickles no mustard but you punched in extra. Rather then confirming my order with me they kept talking with each other. I kinda overheared them while measing up my order. Then crew member passed my order to me i said i hope my order is right coz i doubt on it and i started checking it. She did not even want to wait or answer instead she turned over. While checking my order i saw meat in it, i got so mad (cant even explain) and i told them my order is cheeseburger no meat, i am a vegetarian but it has meat in it. Trust me that girl didn't even want to say sorry or we can make new for you. NOTHING.... Then manager( Maricel) came to issue me refund, she knew everything as she was running order, she also didn't even apologie at all. If leader doesn't not how to be accountable for their mistakes or how to apologize then what we can expect from her team. Also, rather than checking my reciept for refund she was only refunding me half of the amount. Awful..... This was very disrespectful service, please hire staff with customer service skills or atlease train them how to say sorry, how to respect customers and make them happy. In past i used to work at macdonalds and i know how important it is for macdonalds to make their customers satisfied, valued and happy by apologizing, providing complimentry food or coupons in these kind of cases where you are kind of breaking somebody religion by providing them food which they cant even touch. I would never ever go back to this restaurant and will never...

If you visit McDonald's website, they talk about their "community involvement", and always the ways in which they "value" the care of others. But that is a lie.
What I experienced at this location was proof that company policy trumps compassion, and people are either unable or refuse to make those calls - especially in situations where exceptions could be made.
I was going through the drive thru, past midnight, and it was extremely cold (-28C), and a man who was obviously in need stopped me at the ordering speaker. He proceeded to ask me if he could PAY ME TO ORDER A MEAL FOR HIM bc apparently they wouldn't serve him because he wasn't in a car.
Never in my life have I ever been so confused, and furious, and disappointed at other people.
I understand that it was after hours, but given that he was: literally the only person in the drive thru, clearly hungry, it was very cold, and he had money (that he offered me)... This should not have happened.
All that talk about service to the community was completely nullified by one man in clear need and someone's blasé explanation of "we can't serve someone after hours who is not in a vehicle". This was a situation where management should have gone above and beyond and served someone in need, but they didn't, and they failed.
This location has been a staple of the area for a long time. I've frequented it since I was a child. But no more.
It would be ludicrous to believe that no-one has ever just walked the drive thru since it's establishment and been successfully been served.
Either way, I will never visit this location again. And I hope they learn what it really means to "care for your community". Because to allow someone to go hungry right at your door, when he can pay for it as an...
