Tandoori Kitchen — Restaurant in Kaskitayo

I ordered the smoked butter chicken and rice. The chicken didn't look or taste smoked. It just seemed like regular chicken pieces put into butter chicken sauce like most restaurants do. There wasn't very much chicken in my butter chicken either.

The flavour of the butter chicken was okay and had a good spice level. It was also cooked properly and the pieces were still tender. I'm just happy that it wasn't sweet like so many restaurants make it. I'd say the taste was pretty average though, because it didn't have me wanting more. There are other Indian restaurants nearby that make a butter chicken that always have me wanting more.

The price through SkipTheDishes was a bit high for the portion I received. It lasted one person only one day. There's another restaurant nearby that offers a butter chicken and rice combo for the exact same price through Skip, and the portion is usually enough to last for two days.

There are so many Indian restaurants in the city now, that new Indian restaurants really do need to make food that will stand out from others. Sadly Butter Chicken Eatery doesn't do that for me, and keep in mind that taste is subjective. Just because I didn't enjoy my food, doesn't mean someone else won't. I just think when the name of the restaurant emphasizes on one of the menu items, you expect that menu item to be exceptional, which it was not in my opinion. It was a serviceable meal at best. I'd say Butter Chicken Eatery has slightly above average food. Hopefully they continue to improve the food.

So i ordered from uber and asked for some raita with naan And i got my order with just cutlery and naan What would i suppose to do with that cutlery? I worked in restaurant too and we never ignored our customers request! And i called the restaurant after that he was like we have raita in our menu you can order that!! Like seriously he should have left any note or smthing with order to let me know! But they just ignored it! And now about the naan I ordered chicken naan it tasted so badddd i can’t even explain chicken was not fresh at all it was so chewy!! M not complaining about raita but it’s thier customer service they don’t even know how to greet customer after picking up their call! He was so rude Everyone’s paying for the food and no one deserves THAT KINDA SERVICE! It was my first and last time ordering from TANDOORI KITCHEN! Had worst...

This was such a wonderful dinner!! My wife and I went for the first time, loved all the food, and can't wait to be back! So happy that this restaurant is in our neighborhood. We tried:

Samosas Best veggie samosa I've had in my life! You can see fresh ingredients inside, they are just perfect and above any other I've ever tried.

Desi fish pakora Again, best pakora fish I've ever had, and the portion is hugeee!

Butter chicken Very very tasty, definitely one of the best I've had, and chicken itself is so flavourful and not dry at all. Came with incredible naan bread If I have to nitpick, I wish it was a bit spicier as we have ordered it spicy.

Prices are great as well, this place just needs more customers, I think many ppl don't know about it yet because it opened recently. Overall 10/10, super excited to come...
