A&W Canada — Restaurant in Kamloops

One of the Worst experience with A&W Ever have . only happend in Food Court Aberdeen Mall one. I used to buy only from A&W travel centre and Trans Canada Hwy . it was first time ever have placed order with food court A&W. Placed an order for byond meet burger combo and when took it to table and opened it .. Its super cold burger ...fries are hot and drink is good but burger is super cold ..could not eat .. Just to update at front desk ..she asked which one it is? i said its beyond meet burger combo with extra pickle,meyo and red onion ..she said ok will make new one for you and please throw out this in bin. And she said new one will take 9 min . i said no worries take your time but please make it good one. Finally after 9 min when she given the other one ... So this other one is hot no problem but did not put pickle, meyo and cheese which charged ... Keeping in mind her reactions when handling feedback from customer ... I think just eat it like bun and say bye bye to this restaurant.. Thanks alot .. I am just posting my personal expérience with this store some of you guys can have good or bad but mine one is...

Just visited this location on 14th August around 4:00pm, asked for a beyond meat burger combo, the male server asked if we can wait for 10 minutes for a burger, we replied yes I can wait that was not the issue, and soon after that he told that their debt machine was not working and insisted to pay by cash. After this I thought there might be some technical difficulty, and didn't punched the order. Soon after I left one of the employee took payment of a couple through debit terminal.
