Very hurt and disappointed with the treatment I received at Saje on Sunday April 18/21. A situation occurred that was completely beyond my control and had absolutely nothing to do with me, but nonetheless I am being punished. Lies were told by a certain managerial employee, security was called and then today a phone call from the police. Now I am barred from entering the store until this issue is resolved. And even when it is resolved I will never step foot in that store. For a customer to be humiliated and embarrassed is bad enough, but telling lies about this customer is something I will never forgive. I am a 57 year old female that has lived in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, all major cities with huge malls, and never has security been called to remove me from a store. I am appalled at this treatment for I am not a rude or threatening person in any way, and the behaviour of said employee is something that should not be tolerated by anyone. I am fighting this with every ounce of my being and will not be bullied like this. The police phone call did not scare me if that was the intend, it only solidified the urge inside of me to fight this. So anyone entering Saje please be aware that this particular store does not enforce the "positively outrageous experience" motto that they strive to provide to their community members. At least not this one particular managerial employee ...
Read moreMy experiences in the mall have been good. My only two complaints are that the food court has very little for variety. Unless you love fast food or Asian cousine, your out of luck. The salads and such that these places do offer are not very palitable. A place like subway, or the chopped leaf would be very welcome I'm sure. I myself are neither a vegan or vegetarian, however I give my reviews on the out look as EVERYONE, not just myself. My second complaint is being a woman with walking restrictions found myself having to WAIT for the only working mobilized chair. Was told by the lady working the door, whom also is in charge of the chairs that they only have TWO and one was out of order at the moment!! You would think a mall that size generates a handsome revenue, and would be Both generous, YET smart to have at least , especially this close to Xmas 3-5 of them, because for me, next time someone says "let's go to the Aberdeen. Mall, I'll be more inclined to say " umm, no, let's just go (somewhere else) because I'm NOT willing to take my chances that the ONLY motorized chair will be already in use as if there were 3-5 I would be willing...
