If I could I would honestly give this McDonald’s a 0 star rating! Atmosphere and customer service is suppose to make your overall trip worth it! I could have went anywhere else for breakfast with the family! Yet we unfortunately chose this location! We were driving through Kamloops as we’re travelling at the moment and it was quick and easy off the high way. This location really needs to put people who work here that are ignorant, wants to stand around and not attend to customers, short talk not only the customers but HER CO-WORKERS!!!!! And be rude all around with anyone who is around her! McDonald’s should be placing these individuals at the back and not at the front of the store where customers can see the ATTITUDE!!!! We felt like we were not welcomed at all! The food was okay. But like i said the customer service was NOT OKAY!!!!! I got a glimpse of the name tag and I believe it said Simeran? Management needs to do better at training their staff with customer service and to leave their personal problems off the floor! She was extremely uncomfortable….. we’ve been to many restaurants before throughout Canada. And this is by far the worst experience so far from a McDonald’s out this way….. unfortunately my family will be traveling through Kamloops again in about a week or so and will have to stop at McDonald’s again. But this time hopefully for lunch! I don’t like to be the customer to complain about such a bad experience!!!!! But unfortunately if this staff member doesn’t change her behaviour on how blunt, short talked and straight up attitude she gives off. I will be contacting head office. Because any business wants their customers to come back and to enjoy! Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Read moreI ordered food from them on Uber around 3:50 am. The restaurant accepted my order as shown in the app and it said the order is preparing. I waited almost an hour and could see the delivery guy at the restaurant on the app. I messaged the delivery guy and he said the restaurant is not giving my order. I also called the restaurant to ask and they said they cannot prepare my order. If they cannot prepare it why they accepted the order? They asked me to cancel it why should I pay the cancellation fee for the food that the restaurant cannot prepare? It is not my fault. They could have immediately cancelled it after the order was placed but why did they wait for an hour and the driver??? Horrrrrible service!!! This happened the second time at the same restaurant.
