We are buying for years from this location. We were alone so no queque behind us to warant such behaviour. The service was very rushed and we had to repeat our order so many times. We asked for some meals and donuts with it - boston cream which were given again for the x time in a bag on top of eachother see pic. We asked them to be boxes and of course no one heard us and when we asked why we got them like this in a bag because they get all yucky the lady there (@7:15 am October 30-Roger way location Kamloops) was very much yelling at us. I said excuse me may I say something as we are your customers for years and she was ignoring me. (Thats why I am writing this). I said its not nice to treat us like that, maybe you have an off morning but at least show us respect. Treat us like you would treat your family. She then gave us 3 separate boxes with 3 new donuts (almost thrown at us) which I appreciated but my appetite for breakfast was gone for sure and I will definitely think twice where to have my breakfast in the weekend.
It was not even busy to warrant this behaviour. Take a breath and treat us nice we also have tough days…creamy items cant be on top of eachother it’s common sense.
I will take it as a one off despite not being a one off but please be kind. I work non stop and weekend is my treat day for me and my family because we can’t afford to eat out. Eating food looking like from trash can is not warranted. Please be kind! You can and its not hard to address this and do better! Take care and...

I am disappointed in this location. Last Friday evening I went through the drive through for a tea and a bagel. It took quite a while for my tea. Almost 8 minutes. For a steeped tea. Once I was given the tea the lid was not on, the lip of the cup was damaged causing the tea to spill all over my hand, chest and legs causing me to have blistering burns. Not only that but spilling all over my BRAND NEW truck ....
I had to cancel my clients as I am a mail tech because of open blisters so there is no possibility for infections. I lost out on money, I Inconvenience my clients by having to shift appointments and moving them around and and I had to find new availability for those clients...
I had spoken to the manager who assured me it would be taken care of and my vehicle would be cleaned etc. I was and told I would receive a phone call by Monday or Tuesday of this week and I have not heard from anyone.
I will be contacting the media and sending out a letter to your head office. This is been a huge inconvenience for me and I am absolutely disgusted by the way Tim Hortons is handled the situation and I will be making sure my experience is documented as I move forward with contacting the appropriate media and...
Read moreIf I could give -stars I would don’t go here. If you are travelling just go to MC Donald’s. we ordered two turkey bacon club sandwiches. The tomato in my sandwich was rotten. I took the tomato in to show the staff and the guy told me I could just dump it in the trash, no apologies no can I get you another sandwich or another tomato nothing. I’m not the person to complain I never leave these but it was such a bad experience that I want to warn others. The nit picky stuff was that the bun was burnt, the bacon was clearly cold and soggy like they made this sandwich yesterday and the four slices of turkey were piled in half all on top of each other on one side of the bun. I was willing to over look that but with that reaction and lack of customer service I’m letting you know to avoid this place . I could have found a nail or glass in my sandwich and they wouldn’t have cared. By the way it’s fairly obvious all the good reviews are staff here…...
