Was served during the evening of Feb. 10, 2023 by employee Ronald. He was pleasant, polite, and best of all smiley. I can't tell you how many subways i go to where the employees all look like they want to kill themselves. Ronald stood out from the norm, and because of that i am writing this review. The expression "a smile goes a long way" is true when it comes to customer service jobs and fast food service. I do not know him personally but I actually wanted to take him to work for me in the hospitality industry just because of a good first-impression. His smile made it clear that he was willing to help me not because he has to but rather because he wants to. This shows care for his job as well as for the customers. I also respect that he's doing a part-time job while attending post-secondary school; It wasn't so long ago when i myself was doing the same thing, and it makes for long days-- But as stated above, he doesn't let that impact his mood and it reminded me alittle of myself. Me and my friend went at this location on our lunch break on 27th March,21 at 4:00pm and we were 3rd in queue and once it was our turn to order the lady there said give me 5min as she had 6 tray of Italian bread been baked at that time and she said if we can give her some.time to sprinkle cheese over it first she started with 2 tray and we thought after that she will help us out, but she didn't she kept going so we requested her that if she make our sub first as I was on my lunch break and had limited time. She said her bread is more important and if we want our sub we need to wait till she is done with all those trays. Even after that when we left she didn't even said sorry or anything. Read moreI’m a service guy on the road, and stopped in to pick up a sub. Firstly I was given attitude when I asked the lady to change her gloves after witnessing here touch everything from her face to the tablet used for skip the dishes. Basically what didn’t she touch.
Secondly the lady at the till will prioritize the skip guys over and customer in store.
