This place is the WORSE place. If I could give a zero star I would. I wish I read the reviews before going in. I ordered chicken wings (40 pieces) When he open the box first all the wings were super tiny which didn't bother me. I noticed they looked burnt. He said it it was just color of the breading. I knew better but I still took them. I tried a piece of it in the car. They were DISGUSTING. I went back in to let them know they were burnt. The cashier went and called someone in back I believe it was the person that cooked my wings. He was a short man with attitude told me that he cooked the wings for exactly 9 mins what's required.. no common sense. If the wings are extremely small and you fried them for the same time period as normal wings. What do you think? Anyways He started screaming at me. I asked for my money back. They told me they wouldn't give me back my money in the store. That I had to call the customer service line. Again no common sense. I didn't call the call centre to my order my wings. I went to that location and paid. Again I asked them for my money back they told me no. So I called into the call centre and they were confused as well. Why I would need to call them to get my money back. The call centre guy was nice enough to call them in the store to ask them to pay me back and they refused again. My wings were dried up and hairy my 40 pieces of wings fit in box for 10 pieces picture attached. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. I purchased two medium sized pizzas and one "Wings n' Ribs" box. Most of what I purchased was disappointing, especially the contents of the box. The onion rings were extremely greasy, it was like I was eating oil when I ate them. The cheese in the jalapeno poppers tasted cheap and artificial. The ribs were small, much much smaller than what was shown on the website (this is false advertising if you ask me). The least disappointing thing in the box was the breaded chicken, and it barely had any breading on it. The barbecue sauce on the pizza was subpar and did not hold a candle to the barbeque sauce sold at Domino's or Pizza Hut. I liked the siracha sauce on the other pizza, but the toppings were not great. The donair topping was very average, especially compared to the one sold at Domino's. I also ordered sliced hot sausage on one pizza and bacon on the other, the sausage was average and left no lasting impression, and I couldn't even find the bacon on the other pizza. Although, I was given a $21 credit when I complained to customer care, I still feel like I was ripped off spending so much money ($48.80) and liking only a small percentage of what I bought. It seems as though they buy the cheapest ingredients to make their food.
