Im sorry, I have had enough !! So many times Ive tried to forgive this Lindsay store NO MORE !!

What happened to Pizza Nova ??

It has 100% changed in every way no longer a Canadian staple and is the absolute worst Pizza in Lindsay.

They have sold out to people who have no Idea on how to keep a very successful franchise going strong. I always thought francises had to follow the receipe that made Pizza Nova the best pizza in Canada. Nope, it sold out to those who have zero idea on how to make Pizza. This crap is dry, tasteless and the consistantsy of eating something spread over Amazon Cardboard. It always arrives cold and terrible and over priced Ive throwen away more pizza from this place than can be imagined, ate 2 pieces of a medium and tossed the rest. My wife ate 1 piece of her small and tossed the rest. Im so sick of calling talking to someone who can't even speak English enough to grasp the severity of the issue and nothing changes !! EVER !!

I will no longer order from Pizza Nova ever again. This store in Lindsay sucks 100% ... Do Not order from this store !!

Did you actually read what I complained about? This is a constant ongoing issue! How is a such an empty careless reply ever gonna make it right? You can't provide such an empty scripted reply to a customer with continuous free products to maintain their loyalty. As I said, I will never call again, this is one customer who could care less about anything free you have to offer anymore. Your product has drastically deteriorated so much that there is no way I'd waste my money anymore....

I do not recommend going to the Pizza Nova in Lindsay. We truly enjoy Pizza Nova pizza but horrible experience again and again with this store that we no longer will order from here.

Last experience my husband ordered a large pizza for pick up. Husband arrived at store and had to wait for the employees to finish their smokes before greeting him. Upon greeting they said the pizza will be another minute. My husband waited for another 10 minutes and asked if the pizza was ready. They said no and went back to chatting among themselves and eating a pizza they made for themselves. Another 15 minutes pass and still no pizza. Another 15 minutes pass my husband is still waiting when another guest enters the store to pick up their pizza and they go to hand them one that has been sitting under the heating lamp and the guest says that’s not theirs. So go figure it was our pizza that had been sitting under the lamp for 40 mins and each time my husband asked for our pizza they said it wasn’t ready. The employee just laughed and said oops.

Outstanding Pizza - Just moved to Lindsay from the Big Smoke 4 months ago where there are a ton of Pizza restaurants so I've sampled a few to say the least. My expectations were not high the first time we ordered because I've had Pizza Nova in Toronto and it was good but not exceptional. Wow was I surprised. The quality and attention to detail made me a believer. Best tasting crust hands down, great sauce, the carful even distribution of toppings (many Pizza makers botch this), consistent high quality of the product ( I waited until our 4th order to review) , friendly and courteous delivery staff.
