Can't say enough great things about this place. It is such a refreshing experience. Not just because of the food, no, ill get to that later. It's refreshing, because as I sat there the first time to dine with my wife and 3 kids (all local, born and raised, so we have all seen alot, if not all of the restaurants here in nearly 4 decades) I felt what the owners and staff had to offer and what we ALL could start doing again....enjoy the food!enjoy the family! Enjoy being in the moment they truly thrive to give their customers and that moment is: a special time with my family, eating food that tells a story with every unique bite as all of the flavors dance in our mouths, reminding us of the memories we desperately try to cling onto in the rare moments we get to go to a place that holds a very very special place in my heart: MEXICO!!!!

I am so happy to be a small part of this new journey for an already hard working, amazing and successful couple I quickly started to look up to as they truly truly love what they do, love their customers, love each other and their family and staff. It shows everytime our family and friends get the opportunity to dine there. Plus, our young kids actually sit down,eat everything they order, and look forward to coming back with no need to negotiate with them, because in their young minds we are "going to the cool place like Mexico, with the cool old bank safe door, the Mexican music and pictures, and this time I'm having what my brother/sister had last time!".......bliss, near perfection. You can't put value on that. Kids are eating, entertained and distracted enough where I can look at my Wife, and enjoy our time together too.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Chilango. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly special. They ushered us to the best table in the house, which already set the tone for a memorable lunch experience.

The menu was an impressive fusion of traditional and modern Mexican dishes, each plated beautifully and bursting with flavor. Before we could even decide on our main courses, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary appetizer—delicious Queso, which was the perfect start to our meal.

The highlight of the experience was how they acknowledged our friend's birthday, which coincidentally fell on Cinco de Mayo. It was thoughtful touches like this that really made our dining experience exceptional.
