Terrible experience. I forgot my 2 can fine coupons at home which they would not honor, i understand, but the way the treated me was very rude. "No, you need the coupon" no "sorry we cant without the coupon" no smiles, just rude. I then had a discount code from the app for a free cheeseburger which they said was invalid even though it didnt expire for 2 days I had to ask for a manager to do it. I asked him about the 2 can dine coupon and again rudely said "no" but finally got me the free cheeseburger after explaining I was not going to accept no. I asked if dips were free she said "I dont know" and walked away. I had to ask her to find out. While waiting for my friends food I noticed a fly that flew outta my bag and saw multiple flys flying around the kitchen landing on food and landing on the cloth used to clean counter. After bringing it to their attention and the manager they both looked blankly and said "k", proceeding back to doing what they were doing. Around the drinks and ketchup dispenser there was atleast 20 fruit flies buzzing around the floor was filthy. I've been in retail for 15 years and a manager for 4. I would have made the customer new food and apologized deeply. My order ended up being $13 and less than the 2 can dine for 14.79 coupon I forgot. They lost money!! I would have honoured the coupon no questions ask. They are delivered in the mail. Even If there is a special code there should a way for the manager to override the computer and offer a discounted price. Let me be clear I dont post reviews ever, and I never complain in restraunts or retail, all that was needed was a smile, acceptance, and apologies and I would have been okay. Read moreI never thought I'd review a McDonald's but here we go. I want to start by saying I've been in the service industry for almost 8 years now. Last night when I got off work at around 1040pm I went to the drive thru at your location it wasnt too busy there was one car in front of me the woman who took my order already seemed frustrated when she greeted me. Now I'm polite and friendly as I'm in the same line of work and I get it dealing with people can suck sometimes. After she finished taking my order she didnt tell me to my total, to pull thru or anything just silence...being as we all know how drive thrus work I pull ahead. When i got to the window i asked what the total was and the same girl who took my order snaps at me telling me the amount. Again maybe shes having a bad night so I'm trying to be understanding. The food comes she hands it to me I say thank you and tell her yo have a good night, she doesn't respond with a your welcome or anything just glares at me like I've some how ruined her night by coming to order food. What I'm getting at is if you dont like you job that much that youre down right rude to people who are being kind to you then find a new job. To management keep an eye on your night staff maybe tell them to nice it up, I'm not expecting fine dining here but the service I received last night was awful. Read moreI am a person to never write something bad about a place. HOWEVER this McDonald’s has been so terrible consistently that I hope in writing this review it’ll help kick start a change in their service. First off, every single time I go I am waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes and when I get to the speaker I’m again waiting and no one is greeting. Today I had to pull up to the window because no one was speaking through the speaker. When I told them the situation they didn’t say sorry or acknowledge they needed to fix it. All this takes up my gas and time when I could have gone to another McDonald’s in that time frame and received wayyyy better service. Secondly, the order is always wrong in some way. Today I asked for light cream in the ice coffee cus usually the drink is completely white and when they asked me to pull to the side for an ice coffee (which is an issue in itself) I received a very watered down and very white Ice coffee. At that point I was in a hurry and did not have time to correct them yet again. Ultimately I’m writing this so hopefully management can read this and fix their never ending bad service. Take notes from Reid’s or Rutland because I have never had an issue like this at those McDonald’s.
