I wish there was a way to give negative stars...
On April 26th I placed an order for delivery through the subway app on line. It switched to pick up after I had already paid for it... now that being said neither myself or my partner could pick it up at that time. I had called the store right away and asked for a refund so that I could order through another service. They told me they wouldn't issue a refund as the food was already prepared... which is explained to them that I too work in the service industry and that no one would EVER be charged for food they couldn't eat or picked up. I was argued with and hung up on multiple times... finally got through and asked to speak to a manager and they told me one would be in contact. I waited and waited and never heard back... so I called again... the manager told me the refund was issued and that I would get it in 7-10 business days.... FALSE I didn't so at the end of waiting that amount of time with no refund I called again and the same manager who had told me a refund was already issued was like "oh wrong didn't issue you a refund the owner was supposed to contact you, he hasn't yet" to which i replied NO . Still to this day I have yet to receive my $50 back and no call from this clearly non existent owner... im right pissed.
On top of that we ordered again through doordash and it automatically went to the same subway... when my dasher got there (bless his heart) he called me asking if I wanted both orders or just the one I had gotten through DD... I told him that there was 2 hours in between (since I had been calling to try to resolve the issue and get my money refunded before placing another order) and that I only wanted the sandwiches that were FRESH... we ended up getting the sandwiches they had made prior to the DD order. I am severely unimpressed with the staff, the management, the food quality and just the overall way this store operates.
AS SOON AS I GET THE OKAY TO DRIVE AGAIN YOU BET YOUR ASS IM WALKING THROUGG THAT DOOR DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK RIGHT...

First of all that person (don’t want to mention name even though I have) didn’t knew how to cut 🥖 bread, completely squeezed it rather than gently slicing from between. She said for kid size you only get to choose Between kinds of breads which was ok. Later she was adding 1 tomato, 2 spinach leaves, 2 olives for sandwich. What the hell that was. It was veggie sandwich with no veggies. When we asked her to do, she said we don’t put veggies for kids. Ohh so your store will be unhealthy and make kids eat just bread. Wow 😳. I was surprised. Read moreOrdered two footlongs and two fountain pops. The pop machine was out of CO2(no bubbles). asked for a refund but was asked twice by the employee if I would take a bottle. I declined and asked for a refund.
The employee had to call his manager that tried to tell me they don’t do refunds. When I told her that was illegal to take my money and not give me the product offered she said it was a franchise policy to not refund. She reluctantly told the employee to refund me, he then pulled the cash out of the till and gave me back an approximate amount without a receipt.
These are bad business practices and we are in the process of reporting this to the BBB and Subway Corporate.
I don’t often eat subway anymore but I will NEVER buy...
