Gave this location three strikes, which is unfortunate as I really think the pizza was decent. The customer service is just not there.
The first strike was ordering a pizza for pickup and given a time it would be ready to pickup. Upon arriving, I find the pizza was finished way earlier than expected, thus sitting on a shelf getting cold. To their credit, they did make me a new one. But Both theirs and my time should not have been wasted.
Second Strike. I ordered delivery. Upon getting the phone notification, not five second later I open my door to their maniac driver peel away in a residential area at an insane speed like he got some emergency call or something. Didn't pay for the pizza, fine, just ordered from a different chain. Again, everyone's time wasted.
Third Strike. I entered the location to place an order. Two employees on the phone, while a group of 4 others to the left were chatting it up. One gets off the phone, totally ignoring I'm there, and wanders off. At this point I'm proceeding to go sit on one of their chairs while their one register employee sits stuck on the phone. Finally, just as they get off the phone, another new customer placing an order arrives. She proceeds to take his order. It was like I was a bloody ghost. I've never experienced customer service as poor as this Domino's Highland Rd location.
Thanks for reading my novel, and hopefully you're treated...
Read moreWorst service imaginable. I called to order pizza tonight. Before ordering I asked about the contactless delivery as last time the driver refused to enter my building and made me pick up in parking lot (didnt even get out of vehicle) Man on the phone assure me the driver would bring it up and leave it outside my apartment door as I was unable to get it from the parking lot tonight. At that point I ordered food. When the driver arrived he called me from the parking lot and told me I had to go down and get it. I explained that I had already confirmed with the store that he had to bring it up and he hung up on me. I called the store and a woman said they cant bring it up. I explained to her that the man I spoke to earlier assured me they would bring it up. She said they have too many men working there so she didnt know who I spoke with and they were all out on delivery. Finally after about 10 minutes the driver buzzed to enter the building. I watched for him to come out of the elevator and I placed the money (including tip) on the floor and asked him to leave my pizza where the money was and I the went back inside. A few minutes later I went out and the man was gone with the pizza and the money was still there. I called the store back and a few minutes later the man started pounding on my door to deliver the pizza right to my face. I will be reporting...
Read moreI had give a 5 star to this place and had to edit my review due to today’s experience. Would give a 0 star if had an option. I had ordered Mango Habanero Wings with some Pizza for pick up. Picked up at around 6 pm and opened the box at 8 pm, had no sauce on it. So, I called the store to get it fixed. The response I received from the manager (Vraj) was really disappointing. He asked me to come in and pick up new wings and it’s not their fault that the wings were made that way. He also said that they are a bit busy, and I am the one who has issue. I also mentioned that many of my orders have been made wrong in the past, upon which he said that I always had problems with my order which is weird. I have attached the photo to ensure that I am not the one making up issues and the orders are actually messed up. I would’ve been okay if only they would have accepted that it was a mistake, however the manager, Vraj was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge the fault. The way he responded was ridiculous. Domino’s is a great brand, however, they should look into customer service and the way their employees talk to their customers.
Won’t be ordering again from this place and I recommend anyone reading this review to not go to this location, only due to the poor customer service and...
