I once heard: "Loyal customers, they don't just come back, they don't simply recommend you, they insist that their friends do business with you" .. well, friends, I insist that you pay a visit to this Double Double pizza for some of the best 'zza you've ever had! Let me tell you how my experience went today.

I called in an order for a medium pepperoni pie. "Hi there, how are ya?" I asked the man who answered the phone. "I am happy, grateful , I couldn't be better!" He replied. I ordered my pizza and since I work nearby, walked over to pick it up.

When I arrived, the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was waiting for me with a smile on his face. "Your pizza is ready my friend!" He cheerfully said as he grabbed a box off the top of the oven. "I made it special for you with extra cheese, since you said you wanted pepperoni and cheese". He patted the top of the box as he advised this then opened it to show me the beautiful cheesy goodness inside. I told him his pizza place was recommended by a colleague and he beamed with pride. He said "I love all my customers" and I told him that I would be a new regular! I shook his hand and introduced myself before leaving. "My name is Mike" he said.

My pizza is delicious - cheesy, crispy crust, ample pepperoni, and most importantly, made with love by the hands of an artisan who has been a master of his craft for years.

Thank you for the great pie! If you need a quick and delicious lunch, and would like to enjoy some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, come and pay Mike a visit. I will be back to...

Horrible experience. The guy working/ owner/ whoever.. was very argumentative when I called letting him know my pizza I got delivered was wrong after an hour of waiting for it.. At first he said he doesn’t have another driver cus it was near closing.. so I explained the delivery driver just left my place and asked if he could come back and refund me, he said no. Then I said I’ll come to the store for a refund and he said he would only refund me 10$ on a 45$ order that they screwed up! Outrages!! So he did offer to make me a new one and it would be another 45 minutes, by the time we got the right order we had been now waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza, no kind of discount, overpriced to begin with as it was a medium with potato wedges. The only good experience was how nice the delivery driver was and waited for me to check the second pizza had the right toppings. The second pizza as soon as we picked it up the topics were falling off of, and eating it we noticed the veggies extremely raw and undercooked. So again second pizza as well was less than satisfactory. The wedges weren’t great like we’ve had before either. The last time I ordered was last night when I ordered a pizza and wedges.. The pizza showed up with out the wedges and the driver was unable to give me a receipt. When I called the customer service, a rude girl answered and told me she would send out a new pizza and wedges. 2 mins later the driver showed up with the wedges, so we started eating the pizza assuming he was not going to give us a new pizza. A few mins later the driver showed up again to TAKE our pizza away and this time he was giving us trouble because we had a few slices and what was weird about it was that he didnt have a new pizza on hand for us either and he still didnt have the receipt. So that's when I called back to the customer service and this time I spoke with the supervisor (Megan) . She was also rude and told us we should have not eaten any of the slices and made me feel like I was trying to scam free pizza, but this was not the case. At this time we didnt even have a pizza to eat and were very upset. Later that night a new pizza came with a receipt and I was so upset with the service I completely lost my appetite. They probably spit in my pizza so I just threw it out. The lack of communication between the pizza call center and the location was very unorganized.

I will never order there again!...
